Entire expierence was horrible Left immidately couldn't not stay there

Liked the location

Pros: Atmosphere
Cons: provide the things for the no. of people so they dont have to call each time they need something.
Location: Location was great
Checked in for 4 people. When went in the room only 2 towels were given saying it was there policy so being as a customer we had to get each and everything, Not acceptable,

Pros: the pool and hot-tub were very nice.
Location: the location is a little out of town.
We were there for 5 days, not the newest place in town, but comfortable.

Great option for a stay in Yuba City

I arrived a little after 9. There was no one in the lobby, when I rang the bell no one came. Another guest came in, and when he saw me waiting, he went out to find someone to help us. When the hotel representative showed up, check in was quick and easy. Grounds were very clean and nice. Room was large and mostly clean. The bathroom could use some touch up paint and updating. Dish TV was avilable. The biggest down side. It was noisy! Not sure if it was just one room or multi, but it was loud well into the night. At least 130. I thought breakfast was included. But when I checked out in the morning there was coffee and packaged muffins only in the lobby.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize for the long wait at check in unfortunately we are a smaller staffed property and sometimes get pulled away to address a guest issue. I apologize for the noise, if an associate is informed we do the best to quite down any guests that are not be conscious or respectful of other guests. Unfortunately we do not have a dinning area on the property so we cannot serve a full breakfast but we are hoping for the onsite restaurant to reopen soon for breakfast lunch and dinner options. Again thank you for taking time to leave feedback and I hope you'll choose us again if in the Yuba City area.

Health department should be notified and inspect The water should also be tested

Hello I apologize that you had a negative experience. We are on a water well so we do have hard water in this area as we are in a rural country setting and our water is tested by the county weekly.

When I arrived there was no one in the office I rang the bell twice no one showed up so I had to go looking for somebody to check me in

it was terrible the water smelled like rotten eggs so no shower or sink there was personal lubcriunts under the bed it was totally nasty

I would like to apologize for your negative experience. We are on a water well at our property due to our location so in the winter months especially the water does tend to get a sulfur smell, we do have our water treated and tested and it is safe and drinkable, unfortunately the smell is just what comes with being on a water well. As for trash under the bed I will be bringing this to my housekeeping staffs attention and do apologize.

I apologize for your negative experience. We are located only 5 miles from shops and restaurants, and we do not serve breakfast as we do not have a kitchen or dining area at our location.
