I have stayed here before and did not have a problem but this time, I did not realize that I selected 2 people per room on hotels.com (that is the default selection). When we checked in they asked me how many people will be staying in each room and I said 4 and they said ok cool. All day saturday, no one cleaned our room and we have no fresh towels, we had to go to the reception at 11 pm when we got back and ask for fresh towels.
A week later I checked my credit card and they charged me $44 per room (x4 rooms) without any warning or notice. I called and they said yea this is normal, but a manager will call you in the morning - no one called ever. They should have notified me during checkin that there would be an additional charge for extra people and they did not!
