Close to my son.

this is the second year and my stay is always very nice. Breakfast is always good and hot, the staff is always very nice and very helpfull.

Close to I-95

Pros: Pet friendly and close to I=95
Cons: Full room darkening closure of over drape
We have stayed in the hotel a few times and have always been pleased. This time however, we had a room that was located where an outside light glared into our room at night and somehow we couldn't close the room darkening curtains. Had a tough time sleeping when the room was like, in daylight. I like the fact that we can have our little pup stay with us during this time, and having a dog friendly hotel so close to the interstate was great. We would use this hotel again, but for sure check the outside lighting before settling in for the night.

Good for travelling with pets

Reserved two rooms through Expedia and received confirmation. When I arrived at midnight, after driving for 10 hours evacuating Florida because of Hurricane Irma - with 4 adults, 1 child, and a dog in tow, I was told that one of the rooms was "accidentally" cancelled by an employee of the hotel. Of course there were no more rooms to give me. We were all exhausted, so we made due with the one room, but I can't help but think that the cancellation may have been made to accomodate a guest willing to pay a higher rate... It was an unfortunate incident, but the hotel is great for travelling with pets - plenty of space for them to walk, and a reasonable pet fee of $20 per pet, per night. I did receive a refund for the second room from Expedia.

Traveling up the east coast

Pros: Nice people, clean, comfortable and breakfast
Cons: N/a
Location: Just stayed overnight while traveling thru the area. Did not do anything in the area
We needed a place to stay late in the evening while traveling North. Since we are always happy with Best Western we looked them up online and were happily able to get a room for the night. We were very satisfied. Thank you

Lock me up!!

Pros: Staff was fabulous.. Food in the morning great- coffee fabulous

Location: Have stayed at this hotel 5 times- 15 minutes from everything
Was 20 minutes into our stay - Room113 and the deadbolt to the door broke! Could not get out of the room. The manager tried to open with a pass key but it did not work.! The manager and maintenance man had to enter through the window after. I Opened it and removed the window , good thing we were on the first floor.! after 20 minutes they got the lock loosened and the door open! We were moved to a different room. My wife did not sleep well the next two night worried the door wouldn't open if the re was an emergency!!

Disappointment..

Our first room smelled of mold and mildew. We quickly discovered the a/c was covered in mildew/mold. We where given another room that still had a slight odor but was acceptable. All the exterior doors have ash cans sitting right beside the door. So you have to smell cigarrette butts, if not entering thru the front lobby. The place is in desperate need of renovating. Torn carpet in several locations. The smell of cleaning supplies. We will not be staying there again.

Excellent Hotel and Staff

Excellent customer service, clean and modern room. Worth more than I paid but I'm not complaining. I would definitely stay here again.
