The blinds were so dusty, and there was spider webs on the window inside the room. Wires hanging from the ceiling. The bathtub was disgusting as there was paint spots all over the tub. The shower curtain had a rip in it.

Pool was not usable, TV didn't work, AC stopped functioning and shower temps were mixed up resulting in dangerous hot water when thought it was cold. Don’t recommend.

we had 2 rooms. 1 of them smelled like someone died or infested with mold or something. They moved us but... all the way upstairs far away from my elderly parents that need help. The maintenance gentlemen were SO VERY HELPFUL & KIND!

This was not a good stay at all. My room was old dated. Would not let me keep my bag at hotel while I did my business on base. Come to town frequently for business from Tucson. Won't EVER stay here again. There are plenty of others options nearby, especially for business travelers

The room was clean. A/C was on when we walked in and was nice and cold.Toilet was loose, all in all it was good. Would stay here again. The 4 stars mostly because it's older (renovated) it shows in the building. No elevator, so if you have problems with stairs get the first floor.

Perfect location for our needs. The grounds were extremely clean. Our room was fully stocked and very clean. The beds were cozy. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed only one night, while traveling through Yuma enroute to Texas. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included free breakfast was good, with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles, along with assorted cereals and fruit. Encountered a few problems with the room, but they did not otherwise hamper our stay. The toilet was loose on the floor (rocked side-to-side), the exhaust fan did not work in the toilet/shower area, the sink drain pipe was leaking water on the floor, and the the shower head was loose and not adjustable (these problems were reported to the staff upon check-out). Otherwise, not a terrible stay.

Truly excellent value for the money. Room very clean and comfortable, breakfast quite good, but the staff is amazing - from check-in to the servers at breakfast. One of the best stays we've had, ever!

The shower didn’t work. The noise from the pool generator and the refrigerator was extremely high. We hadn’t realized there were stairs and they were confusing to navigate. Included breakfast was ample and tasty.

Disappointing!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the condition of my room. Not sure how it got 3 star rating. The paint job was untidy, the chair was tattered, and the bathroom light and door lock were not working properly. The cafeteria was also quite small and cramped. The ambience was dull. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel.

It was safe and quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. The property is aging and needs updating. The bed were too soft and we did not sleep well.
