First of all, Hotels.com rocks. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I booked this hotel, but when I got there I realized I had made a big mistake and there was no way I could stay there. This motel is out of the way in a strange location. The parking lot was so dark I had to use my headlights to find the room. The room was so hot there was no way the wall a/c unit would cool it off, the vents of the unit were black. The room was dirty, there was a long black hair on the bed, the towels looked like they belonged in a garage, the sink had remnants of what I assume was cleaning powder streaked. The carpet was filthy. There was no way I could stay there. I called Hotels.com and the agent called the front desk for me. They refused to refund my 2 nights there!! At this point I didn't care, I had to leave, but Hotels.com took care of me and I was beyond thankful.
