My room was amazing. I’m handicapped and my walk-in-shower was very convenient. The only problem was a long walk from the elevator to my room.

This place is close to everything. There is literally a mall across the street but because of it it it a bit noisy.

We stay here often for business. This time the room we had was with a bed that sank to the middle. They quickly gave us another room but it wasn’t much better. All the other stays have been great and we choose this hotel because of the comfortable beds. Maybe time for them to replace some

Rude on professional pool getting repaired in the summer time. Check in and check out an hour later. Very……unhappy first time in my life having this experience.

Family trip for the holidays. Was very pleased with everything. Staff was great! One of them actually helped us out since I was struggling with the cart and stroller. Only con is that the breakfast was the same every day due to covid so we chose to eat out for breakfast.

We stayed at Homewood Suites while in Yuma for a baseball tournament. We have stayed at many Hilton properties before as we travel often for baseball. This was our first stay while traveling during COVID; however so my sense of awareness about cleanliness was definitely more heightened. The staff was all so friendly a

Loved how large the suite was. I liked that it was a suite with a separate bedroom. Would definitely Italy recommend staying here

Room was not clean. There was hair/fur on the couch, carpet and chairs. Bathroom sink wasn’t draining water appropriately. Very disappointed.

Disappointed.
So disappointed, despite having a grandson, part of our travel party, in the hospital preventing us to travel, the hotel refused to offer a credit. There reasoning was I did not cancel the reservation outside of the 24 hour window I can see if I just changed my travel plans, but we couldn't leave town yet. I would have figured a large chain like Hilton would have been more understanding. Wow.
