Room was on par for cheap stay. Hallaay on 2nd floor stunk! Vacuum cleaner must e been broken. Sort of junky. Desk clerk accomodatinv, but place seemed run down.

We are in the midst of a renovation, as for the stink in the hallway...we have guest that go to Mexico for a treatment that stinks to high heaven. I try to always put them on the first floor near an exit but it doesn't always work out that way. Did your room stink? Hopefully you rested well at least? Thank you for staying with us and leave feed back that helps in remedying problems.

Very noisy, toilet was loose from floor, alarm on the clock kept going off had to unplug. Was smelly in the hall and room.

Often times people book handicap rooms inadvertently. They are usually bigger rooms, a plus in my book. Thank you for taking the time to comment. I am sorry if have an accessible room was a downer for you.

Our room/bathroom looked dated. None of the front desk staff ever smiled or said hello. The morning we left the cleaning lady did say good morning, so that was nice but it was almost uncomfortable walking passed the front desk and never once being greeted by any of the three employees that were there over the weekend. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention. I have had a little talk with the front desk...smiles are required! Yes, the case goods and fixtures are a bit dated (1999) Last summer we painted and laid new carpet in all the rooms. This summer we are in the midst of a major renovation, big changes coming our way!

Needs upgrade of rooms and staff

Disappointing stay. Dingy, cramped room in need of updating. Front staff pleasant, but kitchen staff barely grunt at you. Breakfast was adequate.

Thank you for taking time to leave comments. A couple of months ago all our breakfast consisted of was bread, bagels, muffins, cereal and waffles. We have added the pancake machine, eggs, and rotate sausage and bacon. The breakfast attendant is very busy making eggs and meats...I have however mentioned to her that a smile and greeting the guests isn't too much to ask. She is a very shy lady but she promised she would try harder. When you say dingy and cramped I am guessing you opted for the cheapest room available. They are very small. You will be happy to know that we are presently in them midst of a major renovation and those rooms will be gone.

Loved the pancakes,scrambled eggs,and bacon for breakfast. Great customer service at front desk. A mini refrigerator would have been nice,though.

The check in girl was in a bad mud só i fuese just need to check out thats But the rest of the employees were really nice..

convenient to our friends domicile

This was easy to access, parking was convenient, we liked that the access to the rooms was from the lobby.. We would have liked at least a folding chair for a second chair and a plug in on both sides of the bed.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can do about the outlet situation, and for future reference for just a few dollars more you can have a suite that has a sofa and table and two chairs as well as a chair at the desk.
