Nicer than expected

Nicer than expected. Friendly staff, large room, only minor suggestion would be to empty outside garbage can next to front doors more often

Very Disappoiting

Pros: nothing
Cons: the entire place needs to be updated and cleaned up
Location: Very good location, close to I-8 and the Mall and restraunts
Very over priced for the condition of the hotel 119.00 per night, Hallway carpets and walls very dirty, room doors all scratched and scraped up, room decor very out dated large lamp had a tiny shade on it. Old blankets on bed. 2 out of 3 ice machines did not work, the one that did was so old and nasty who would get ice out of it. Stepped out of the elevator tile floor was extremely dirty with a large spill which was still there when I checked out 3 days later!! Second day of stay I arrived back to my room housekeeper did not replace towels and bed was unmade. A note was left on the bed stating she could not make the bed due to personnel belongings on the bed, I have a small quilt I travel with that was left on the bed. Funny they can touch all your personnel belongings on the bathroom counter but can not move a small blanket to make the bed, just plain lazy!! Side door did not close so anyone could enter hotel and bypass the lobby after hours, really does not make a single woman traveling alone on business feel very safe...I will not stay at a Quality inn ever again..I thought it being a hotel in the Choice group it would be nicer than this.

Not so nice of hotel as expected

Pros: The morning breakfast was okay. They need to keep a closer eye on supplies, as several thing were empty and it was not refilled in a timely matter.
Cons: Vacuum daily.
Location: We only used room for a sleeping place as many friends to visit in area. Will not use again.
Room was not 100% clean, had not vacuum carpet as there were several small pieces of paper on the carpet when we arrived and it still was there when we left. Also hall way had not been vacuumed as there was stuff that would have been picked up was there the entire stay.

Air conditioner sounds like a jet is taking off. Wakes you up every time it turns on.

Not very good

Internet wasn't working at evening check-in or next morning. Window so corroded it was hard to open. Not worth the price.
