“Wir waren zum 2. Mal im WENS Hotel. Check-in war wieder sehr freundlich und schnell. Mein Neffe und wir haben die gleichen Zimmer wie beim letzten Aufenthalt bekommen, danach hatten wir vorher gefragt und es wurde prompt eingerichtet und möglich gemacht. Parkplätze für unseren Transporter gibt es reichlich um das Hotel. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr sauber - die kostenlose Minibar mit leckeren Säften und täglich Wasser sind unschlagbar und definitiv ein Mitkriterium für das Wohlfühlen. Über die……

“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here.
I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

“The room was spotless, with pleasant decoration and amazing feeling pillows and duvet.
There is space for free of charge parking and if the location is convenient to you then it is highly recommended.
WiFi connection was great in general and they asked me to pay 15 euros extra as I arrived at 12:30 and asked to check in, in case the room was ready. Or I had to wait for a couple of hours which I found odd as that policy didn't quite resonate with me, since the room was available already.
