Nice hotel relatively close to city centre

Comfy room, nice spa and good staff. However, Room smelt of smoke Shower went hot then cold randomly Maid woke us up at 8am on Sunday morning to ask if we wanted our room cleAned Overall, pricey for the quality of the room.

Excellent spa facilities

Lovely Hotel

Pros: Room, restaurant, spa, view
Cons: Breakfast prices seems to be to high. In more popular touristic locations breakfast costs less
We stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Zagreb for 2 nights and regret we could not stay longer, The hotel is 5-6 minutes away from the center with the taxi and it does not cost much. The hotel has everything you need from facilities. Rooms are well planned and spacious. It is all very clean and we enjoyed spending our time at the hotel beside going downtown. The restaurant and the bar are also very nice if you want to have a nice meal or drinks (even indoor smoking area). Friendly reception, special mention to Marijan. We will stay here again in the future for sure.

Comfy but not convenient

Room was big and comfy, staff were nice and helpful. Only downside was that the hotel was located in business area, which meant there's really nothing nearby (only cafes opened during business hours, no supermarket). Bus and train stops were nearby so were accessible, but if you wanna take a taxi, it was highly unlikely unless you asked for help from the hotel. So if you were not driving or would like to go out at night, perhaps this was not a good choice as it took 10 mins by bus/train to get to the Old Town.

Nice staff, pleasant stay

We were given an accessible room which we didn't like due to the toilet and shower. The water in the shower also changed temperatures frequently which was not ideal but other than that the room was nice. Spa is wonderful and staff are great. One thing we didn't enjoy was breakfast- it was not included and if your going to make guests pay it should be at least good. The location isn't great if you want to walk to places close.

Good hotel near airport, city center and attractio

We stayed here for it's proximity to the airport for an early flight out the next morning. The check in was very easy as was parking at the hotel. My friend and I stayed in room 1010 and both had trouble with the hot water. She took a shower around 8pm at night and waited close to 10 mins for hot water and I took one at 4am and waited close to 15.

Had to be moved to another room after 3rd day .thing broken in room.eg shower door .curtins .tv remote .clock radio and more

WiFi on and off . Hot water, no consistent, too hot/too cold. No one comes to change a lightbulb on the desk lamp. No solutions for anything.
