"We were 9 and had a great week at this villa. The pool area and pool house is where we hung out most of the time. Close to many beaches and Tropea. I would recommend for a large group that wants to relax and enjoy the Calabria weather by the pool. The communication with Francesca and Mimmo was great, very responsive when we called."

"The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tanto spazio sia all'interno che all'esterno. "The host never responded to multiple messages in the vrbo app, nor did they answer when we called, or when vrbo customer support called. Following no response after the check in time, vrbo cancelled the stay for us and we rebooked elsewhere. Vrbo was great, but it wasn't fun having to find accommodations last minute."

Es gibt etwa 500 m entfernt einen kleinen Laden, wo man alles Nötige zur Selbstversorgung (auch kalabrische Spezialitäten) bekommt. Durch einen Pinienwald gelangt man an den Strand. "Majestic views, stunning sunsets and easy access to the town of Zambrone, Tropes and Pizzo. This home is lovely modern with a fine, workable kitchen, tiled bathrooms and comfortable rooms. With a large community pool (shared by a few homes) and lots of lounge chairs, we enjoyed sitting outside where bright flowers and tasteful landscaping dotted the perimeter of the property. It was spotlessly clean and check in easy."

"A wonderful house, the photos don’t do it justice! We were 2 families of 4 and had a wonderful time. Beautiful views, good pool and very comfortable (and thankfully air conditioned!) bedrooms. The house is about 10 mins (drive) from a super beach and 25 mins from Tropea. The agents Enticoa Travel were very helpful. Note, a car is definetely needed and the roads are quite winding but not a problem."
