The house has been completely renovated and brought up to an extremely modern standard. The three bathrooms have also been completely renovated.

3 flat screen televisions are available in the house (in each bedroom and in the living room).
New NOLTE kitchen with dishwasher.
High quality beds in each bedroom.
The garden is completely fenced and therefore suitable for dogs.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen, towels can be booked for a flat rate per night (not per person).
When travelling with a dog, the laundry package must be booked.

In Bad Kötzing (10 kilometres away) there is a new state casino and a thermal bath. The Chrupfalzpark (leisure park) is only 8 kilometres away.

The settlement is extremely dog-friendly and almost every holidaymaker here has their four-legged friend with them.
There is a new adventure playground nearby.

Eigentlich reichen wenige Worte aus für dieses Objekt, es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit viel Luxus! Wir kommen wieder!

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage. Für Hundebesitzer zu empfehlen

Hat alles gepasst. Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist top. Er ist nicht vor Ort, aber telefonisch immer zu erreichen und super freundlich. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, selbst an alle möglichen Küchenutensilien wurde gedacht( außer einem Korkenzieher, aber man weiß sich ja zu helfen😆) Viele Orte sind relativ schnell zu erreichen. ( Großer Arber 50min, Regensburg 60min, bis Cham 10min) Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
