Definitely did not know you were on someone’s property. The host made it very personable with all the amenities. Loved the jacuzzi, and not having TV.. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, quiet, relaxing, beautiful and even romantic getaway."

"My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a great time. House is great and sits nicely towards the end of a canal. We rented a boat and docked it easily. Lots of great amenities and the kids had a blast. Would easily rent again in the future. Communication with the hosts was also really good. Responded quickly to everything. Thanks again. "

" I recently stayed two nights in the Cozy Cabin and the name correctly describes the property. The Cabin is located behind the host's home which is located in the middle of Ohio farmland. I walked out the first morning and I heard nothing but crickets and birds chirping and the breeze blowing through the cornstalks in the field. The cabin was neat and very clean and had everything that I needed during my stay. The mini-fridge was stocked with drinks and there were also snacks available. There was no kitchen, but there was a toaster and coffee maker and an assortment of coffee available. The bed was very comfortable to me, the A/C worked great and there was plenty of hot water for the shower as well. I was really impressed with the TV in the Cabin, it had an excellent choice of programming. I was even able to watch my favorite local news broadcast from back home in Georgia. The Cozy Cabin is remotely located and is 10 to 15 miles from pretty much anything with the exception of a small store or two but I did not find this to be an inconvenience. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay and I will stay there again next year if it is available and I would also recommend this property to anyone who needs a very clean and quiet place to stay. You can tell that the Host takes pride in the property and in making your stay as pleasant as possible. "
