Person running the VRBO very kind and responsive. There was a year round camper at the pool that screamed and cursed at our 10 year old for being on the rope. It was a huge overreaction and surely didn’t match the offense. Another lady tried to smooth it over but it was too late. It ruined the entire families night. The rule board says nothing about the rope. He was nasty and loud.
