Another brilliant trip to this great hotel. So friendly and welcoming. Suits are beautifully decorated with large bathrooms. Lovely to relax in the jacuzzi bath before heading down for a delicious dinner and lots of laughter with the amazing staff.

Wonderful welcome from a charming and friendly receptionist. We had a relaxing drink at the bar. The dinner was delicious. The restaurant staff (George, 2 x Elly and Miguel made us so welcome and were very attentive and kind.

Love this quirky castle. Seriously worth upgrading to the suite, 4 poster bed, fabulous furnishings, large jacuzzi bath and many other extras. The half board rate is amazing value. Friendly welcoming staff. Plenty of easy safe parking. On the route for driving from Spain to France.

Quite Stunning, with one disappointment . . .
This hotel is magical. The ambience, the decor, the food - all excellent - but my word was the faux four poster bed mattress hard. The poor sleep we had ruined the whole stay and, sadly, we would not return. Please, please, review your mattresses and bring them to the quality of the rest of your quite stunning hotel.

Brilliant for a quirky, fun stay. People are lovely and welcoming, our room was really comfortable with great facilities and the food in the restaurant excellent. Slightly wary of the proximity to the road but able to forget it was there.

First impressions very good from pleasant Reception and a lovely clean room overlooking the gardens . The menu del dia was excellent but then we were unable to sleep because of a celebration taking place in the Gardens playing very loud music . By 1.30 am we’re we’re totally fed up. . I rang Reception to be told the music was scheduled until 4am - not funny when we were faced with a long drive ahead of us . However Reception came up and gave us another room at 2am . The breakfast was ok next day but we were too tired to enjoy it . Im not against anyone having a good time but feel the Hotel should have informed us or put us in a quiet room to start off with

Very good location for stopping off after a long drive - very clean and food was nice. AC was not working in a few rooms but the staff made sure they found us a new room where it worked.

Hotel looks good but cheap inside, very dirty carpets, room service cleaning was rubbish, took towels away and didn't replace them, didn't take empty soap bottles away and didn't replace them, had to go down and ask for more of both. Bin was not cleaned or emptied. I personally would stay there again

An Amazing place , like nothing else , staying in a folly . excellent value for dinner bed and breakfast . Food very good . Would stay there again . We did have a room at the back which was quiet . Was very Spanish which we liked

Room very noisy. Could hear neighbours conversations. Shower tray cracked and towel shelf fell off wall during night. Struggled to find items at breakfast and spent a long time trying to find the member of staff for help.

The room was clean but we couldn't open the window for fresh air as the air con wasn't working. the curtains weren't thick enough to block out the flood lights lighting up the hotel. The hotel it's self had character, we've stayed there several times before and the other rooms were better. This stay, the room was very basic.
