Hotel was nice and clean. Not much around in terms of restaurants. Easy and quick taxi ride into town but not walking distance. Excellent if you’re communing by train. Overall I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

The check in time was horrible since the agent at the front desk was very rude, then she gave us the farthest rooms at the Hotel, the cigarette smell was really bad on mine. Like I've mentioned already the rooms were far from the elevator and when we arrived at night the keys didn't work and we have to go back to the front desk. Breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious.

Great for a day or two. Great being at the train station. Grocery store about a ten minute walk. Zaragoza is a quaint city. Nice to visit.

Am grateful they gave me my room early. I mean very early! Also my tain from Barcelona was late so i couldnt quite make the checkout time, called them and they were more than happy to allow me to checkout late at no extra charge. I like the fact that the hotel is within a train station, because it was really handy to use it as a base to travel to nearby cities like Barcelona and Madrid. Overall very enjoyable stay.

If you are only in Zaragoza for one day this property is an excellent choice as it is right at the train station.

The convenience of staying inside a train station is the best when once you’re in the hotel, you’ll have the peace and quiet that you would want anywhere. Price to quality ratio is one of the best that I’ve found in any major city in Spain.

Very convenient
We stayed here because we were going to the Expo grounds and it was convenient as we arrived by train. The staff was super accommodating and very nice and friendly. The rooms good sized and everything well. We used taxi as main means of transport to the old town and expo which was perfect for us. Overall we were very happy. Nb we couldn’t hear the trains.

This was a really good hotel for the price. Conveniently located in the train station. The only caveat is that the train station is not close to the city centre and there is not much around it.

The room was big and spacious. However there was only a sheet on the bed and got cold during the night. In the shower it would randomly get super cold and then boiling hot to the point it burnt. It is not really at a shopping Center but a very big train station.

It got off to bad start with waiting for my room to be ready (stated check in time was 230 and it was ready at 330). When you need to sleep and the reception area isn't comfortable to wait for so long. However that was a small glitch - the room was huge, spotless, a hot strong shower and the sheets smelled clean and fresh. Rooms either face the road or the railway tracks (you can see the platform from the side window) There is some soundproofing but it isn't great if you are a light sleeper. Earplugs were needed and I slept well with minimum noise from other guests. The breakfast is an excellent buffet with good coffee. There are a few local restaurants in the area for dinner. If you need a convenient overnight this place is perfect! If you want pretty Zaragoza with the vibey tapas bars and eaay to walk city then you need to be in Old Town. The staff in reception and at breakfast were all professional and helpful- especially thank you to Arrata at reception who was very kind and gave some great suggestions.

Check in was very slow. The lady at the check in was probably new. She didn't know where the car park form was and the paymeny machine kept giving her problem. It took her 4 tries before she was successful to take payment

Because it's above the train station, you could hear the trains when they were leaving and entering, from early morning to late night. The bathroom smelled bad - a mixture of mold and stinky drains and it made the whole room smell. It didn't smell bad when we entered but by the second day, it was very disagreeable. We stayed 2 nights.

Good option next to train station
Overall pleasant. Easy bus trip from right outside to the old city where everything is happening and convenient access to trains. Beds were extremely comfortable also and room was warm with lots of space.

I was very upset with the reservation process. I prepaid the reservation, but the hotel never received it from hotels.com, after much arguing, the hace me the worse room and they did jot even added my name for the included breakfast. I stayed here before, but it was very smooth process and I got a very good room before, this time was not good at all.

Pass on this one.
This is a very pedestrian hotel that is part of the train station. The staff was fine but with all the beauty in Spain this seems like it doesn’t fit. It’s not near the beautiful part of the city so be prepared to get a tacit to go into town for dinner.

Enjoyable 2-night stay
Had a very enjoyable 2-night stay. Location is above the Delicias train station. Convenient walk or bus ride into the city center. Parking in the station is discounted to 12 Euros for hotel guests. Room was clean. Nice towels. Comfy bed. Delicious breakfast. Had a nice stay.

Strategy base in Zaragoza
Great location literally in the bus and train station which is so convenient to go in and out from/to Zaragoza centre. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and fresh spread out with many items.

It was good. But we booked twin beds and were given one large bed. VIP access amenities were nothing. Other thank, everything about the hotel was great. Clean, walkable, transportation is perfect, and staff were good.

Clean and easy access
Location was right up the escalator from the rail line. However the hotel was perfectly quiet. Very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Not a great location to walk anywhere But bus stops right outside the hotel to access town as well. Overall very good.
