The property is reasonably priced and a great location. In the morning we found the building to be quite noisy between guests moving around and the cleaning staff. The plumbing is also very noisy.

The hotel does no have a parking spot and the park they offer is like 15 min walking back and park in front of the hotel to dropp your luggage is almost imposible. Beside that everything was perfect.

Great position for visiting the city
We love to stay at this hotel when we visit Saragossa. It is dog friendly and so close to the Pilar and shops. Everyone is friendly.

The staff were really nice and helped us have early breakfast because we had a train to catch. The location is perfect for tourists. The only tiny issue was very small room.

El hotel ni es bonito ni se ve en buen estado, pero el personal es super atento y todo está super limpio, sabanas nuevas y buen planchadas, camas y almohadas cómodas y super bien situado. Dormí mejor allí que en muchos 5 estrellas. Ni hablar de lo bien situado que está, insuperable, en el mero medio de todo lo que hay que hacer y ver en Zaragoza

Every hotel on our trip was excellent. However, Rio Arga staff went above and beyond when my husband's watch was left behind. They kept it at the front desk, packed it for shipping, and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. I can't imagine many hotels would take this kind of care. We will most definitely use this hotel when we return to Zaragoza.

Close but no cigar
We selected this place because it was close to the Basilica del Pillar. The hotel was cheap, so there is that. If you are on a budget, then you will be happy with this choice. The night shift guy was less than friendly. The parking spots were extremely small but cost 17 euros per night.

Great location
Room was tired but clean. We had our dog with us so that is why we chose this hotel as where we normally stay did not accept dogs. All staff were excellent. Breakfast was poor, poor choice and quality of products. However great location for old town and 1885 bar..Parking was great.

Noisy and hot
They have the AC off, but it’s impossible to sleep with windows open because of the noise. Not Recomended if you bring a car, streets and garage are too narrow. Staff very kind an professional.

A great stop in Zara goza

Hotel Rio Arga
The hotel was central and in the heart of the city which gave us the real Spanish experience, we didn't expect 5 star luxuries. It was clean and comfortable I would recommend this hotel if you a real experience

Lovely City
Parking a nightmare as roadworks restricted access to hotel car park! Had to park 500 yards away from hotel - couldn’t even drop luggage! No GPS available in the city! Hotel really convenient for City Centre attractions, shops, bars and restaurants! Close to Tourist Bus which was well worth a ride!
