Dirty, uncomfortable, loud construction, rude
Posted Nov 21, 2017Never again! And I love Spain!! The room was uncomfortable, not super clean. The staff was lacking knowledge, the gym was horrendous, and just an overall terrible hotel.

Maid will not allow you to sleep in the morning
Posted Sep 21, 2017 on HotelsThe maid spent 2 hours shouting and vacuuming outside my door from 8 am so I was unable to sleep in the morning.

Great hotel, central location
Posted Jul 21, 2017 on HotelsWe had just a one night stopover in this beautiful city. The hotel was only 2 minutes walk to the main plaza and shopping area (Plaza de Independencia) and 5 mins to the old city. The room was really spacious and quiet wirh very comfortable beds. The nearby underground parking was good especially with the discount provided by the hotel. Highly recommended.

Good Property, but Parking Not So Much
Posted Apr 27, 2017 on Hotelsvery good property overall- - only drawback is that hotel's parking arrangement is in a public garage at least a half mile away by car, though walk back to hotel "crosslots" is considerably shorter

Good value and great location
Posted Oct 20, 2016 on HotelsComfortable but getting a bit dated. Needs to refresh towels and sheets as they are old and threadbare. Great location and good service from hotel staff.

PRETTY AVERAGE

Pros: Location - lobby is ok
Cons: Rooms need renovation
Location: Zaragoza is worth a day trip
Just needed a plae to stary overnight between Barcelona and Madrid. The hotel location is good. Zaragoza is worth a day trip. There is no garage in the building, if you need to park. The hotel looks and smells old.

Convenient to downtown, and quiet
Posted Oct 7, 2015Updated hotel, staff (Juan) very helpful & able to joke with us in English. Had to park a few blocks away- had trouble getting back only because police had blocked traffic. Easy walking to boulevards & major church Our Lady of the Pillar, Goya museum worth seeing.
Nice restaurant - many locals
