“Everything was great except for the TV remote. Channel listing didn't seem to work and there wasn't a printed guide to be found.”

“We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.”

“Nice hotel within walking distance to many establishments. Beautiful decor. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“I did not feel like this was a safe property for a single female traveling alone. They put me in the back. It wasn’t very well lit. I only stayed the 1st night. Then found an air B&B that seemed safer and was closer to the facility I was working. The first room I was given had an odor and was obviously not clean. The second room had an odor, but seemed cleaner than the first. But I definitely was not happy with the room quality.”

“The room was not clean. The ceiling was flaking off … and still leaking over the bed! The place reeked of marijuana and the room itself was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes smoke. The stairs and hallways were also dirty.”

“Second time we have stayed here for race weekend. Clean, spacious rooms and staff have always been great. Only complaint is the shower makes a loud squealing noise after it's on for a few minutes.”

“Do not book this property! We booked this room several months in advance, 4 hours prior to check in they sent an email saying that the room had been cancelled and marked it as customer cancelled. This was during a very busy timexdue to this being for a Nas ar event. Getting another room was not easy and substantially more money. Overlooking a room is unacceptable when the room was booked in advance. Terrible!”

“I love Country Inn and Suites but this one really has me so disappointed. The hotel is under renovation however, it was like no one checked the rooms before assigning them. We had to be moved 3 times. And the last room still wasn't up to par but we were exhausted. Starting off with the 1st room, it was consumed by the smell of cigarettes. The 2nd room was full of mold. The window curtains, the phone and the shower curtain. Plus the tv didn't work. They moved us to a 3rd room.... It was better……

“The water barely work, the TV didn't work at all, the curtain only covered half the room, and the shower drain that mold, oh there was blood on the floor. I wouldn't recommend staying there”
