The property and staff were fine. I know that the hotel has very little control over what parents allow their kids to do. but for 2 days all I heard was kidding running up and down the hallways playing on the elevator and the stairs.

Decent place to stay. Easy to find Didn’t eat the breakfast, but looked like the basics. Rooms aren’t too sound proof. We could hear the cell phone alerts from the room next door.

*Don't stay here!* Let me start by saying this is my first,EVER, hotel review. The hotel itself looked nice inside and located in a lot with Walmart and a few restaurants. My onlne search found 2 hotels available for the area and time we needed it. I chose because of reviews and Wyndham name. We stayed 2 nights in two different rooms. The 1st, right behind the lobby. We were pleased until a roach popped out from under the desk while I was eating dinner. My son jumped up to kill it and my daughter tried to record. I thought it was gross but a coincidence of being located behind the the breakfast bar. Not the case, by breakfast I recorded 2 more tiny roaches; one crawling on the bathroom walls and one on the bedroom floor. We captured and showed to desk staff who appeard shocked and moved us to room 2 on the second floor where my husband spotted the 4th roach and took it again to the hotel desk staff who tried to argue that it was a centipede! Everybody knows what a roach looks like and this hotel has 3 different varieties. Upon checking out they apologized and took $20.00 off my bill. Big whoop! I should have chosen the no name hotel! When i got home, the luggage was taken into the garage and EVERYTHING was washed IMMEDIATELY!! No extra pets for me! I am making this review because our kids participate in travel sports, and competition cheer and dance for the last 6 years which includes thousands,spent on hotels and our family has NEVER stayed at a hotel with ROACHES!

I want to apologize for any inconvenience that you and your family incurred for this was a very rare situation. We want everyone to have a great experience with us.We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and to take the appropriate steps to prevent any future incidents like this from happening, when a guest informs us of an issue. We have monthly service to prevent this issue. We immediately shut down the room and follow protocol. We take all issues seriously. Regarding compensation, as per our conversation at check out you were given back 20 per night and you agreed. This doesn’t solve the issue yet we felt you should be compensated for the inconvenience and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. Again we do apologize and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future.

It was honestly one of the best hotel stays ever. Jennifer at the front desk was so welcome . The place was extremely clean from the lobby when you first walk in to the room with white clean sheets and a spotless bathroom. Definitely will be returning

The 1st room was great.. however the walls are very thin and there was loud talking that was impossible to ignore. However once I was able to get a new room. The appliances were super loud including the air conditioner..the metal in the fans kept dinging. Had to turn off..and the bed wasn't comfortable..

Hi JosueWe do provide breakfast and was available from 7am to 10 am during your stay. Regards to the issues you stated the only incident that was brought to our attention was the bedding needed to be changed due to an accident and when I asked your wife if everything was satisfactory with the room and the service our room attendant provided she stated yes. We pride ourselves with fixing any issue in a timely manner only if brought to our attention.

I have a friend from college whose mother (99 years young) passed away last week. I'm showing my condolences by attending the funeral him a d his family. I checked in on Friday night, the desk clerk was very attentive and polite. Seeing that I was getting around on crutches (recovering from a broken ankle; she did everything possible to make my stay an enjoyable one. The desk clerk anticipated my every need and didn't hesitate for one second to offer any assistance that I might have needed.

I was happy for a clean room to sleep in for the night as I was passing through. I was not happy that obviously someone with access to my card info from my this establishment used my card information to purchase a pre-paid phone within 24 hours of my visit. I had to immediately cancel my credit card.

We stay here every few months while traveling for medical reasons. The employees we have dealt with have been kind and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. Not so good. They charged me extra fee to have the fridge and Microwave in the room. Shower handle was loose and hard to deal with. weeds smell is everywhere...

Thank you Luay for your comments for this will be addressed immediately .We are a non smoking hotel. If you purchased a basic room we offer you the option to upgrade.to a beautiful Suite which has a nice parlor area including a microwave and Fridge. The shower handle was not brought to our attention otherwise it would have been fixed immediately after notification. For we do have Maintenance on staff. Hope you will come again. My apologies .
