Ramada is a lot nicer than I remember

Pros: Nice accommodations for the price.
We only reserved a room at Ramada because there wasn't much else to choose. We were so surprised when we arrived. It is not what I remember when I visited Ramada in the past. This is nice and we were treated excellently. I received special accommodation after getting sick.

Very nice hotel- well decorated comfortable rooms.

The hotel was immaculately maintained and very well managed. Antoine, at the front desk was very friendly, gracious and welcoming. The property impressed as better than a 2.5 star rating would suggest- linens and towels were good quality. The property seemed brand new, the breakfast was fresh and well supplied.

The new Ramada is exactly the same as the prior hotel, which is exactly what I need. Good room, good price, centrally located in Zephyrhills. The lobby and dining area atmosphere is very airy and pleasant, with nice artwork in the area. Room was perfect, everything worked, HVAC very efficient and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding. Nice selection, good hot food that is always tended carefully by an attentive staff. I have been coming to this motel for several years and have always been pleased. It's good to see that Ramada is keeping the high standards which the previous owner maintained.

Location: Golden Corral right next door.
Nice new hotel in a good quiet location, well appointed room, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

GREAT VALUE, clean and comfortable motel

Pros: cleanliness, comfort and the friendly---- helpful staff.
Cons: NOTHING ( well maybe free drinks in the lounge every night ---not just New Years eve!!!!)
Location: GOOD RESTAURANTS --- less congestion than closer to beach --manageable drive to Clear Water beaches
We were greeted promptly by Antoine who made us feel at home right a way. The facility has been newly remolded and the room was comfortable and clean. The motel offers an extensive and free breakfast. Each morning, at breakfast, we were greeted by either the manager ( Joy) or owner (Asita) who asked us if things were going well. Our stay was enhanced on New Years Eve with complimentary buffet and drinks in the lounge! This was our first stay at this Ramada. We have a 94 year old relative whom we will be visiting again and plan on lodging at this Ramada Inn

Visiting retired community, over priced!

Pros: Location to family.
Cons: Hotel needs to be redone.
Hotel is in bad shape! Room was worn out, beds soft, carpets dirty, bathroom gross, toilets not cleaned under rim. Saw a roach in the lobby. Computers in business center not able to print boarding passes. Breakfast was not very good. Would go up the road to Dade City next time for nicer hotel.

Good stay

I was surprised by the excellent accomodations. Our room was a two room suite with kitchenette. Very comfy and clean. My only complaint was that the biscuits and gravy served at breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had.

Music is TOO LOUD in FOYER and in Hallway!!

Pros: Staff is friendly and very helpful
Cons: They need to serve breakfast starting at 6AM like all the other Hotels in the area - especially since they are further away from Tampa.
Average, for the price is good. Need to keep the music down in the Foyer and the hallways
