The ambiance was lovely and the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was great and the shuttle to the train station was very appreciated!

Lovely hotel with wonderful helpful staff. Everything was lovely especially the spa. Too bad they are building next door starting at 0700 with large equipment. I realize that is out of their control. Would return after construction finished!

First class place in Zermatt. Our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Room was clean. People were friendly. Food is expensive!!!

We are a family of five and I booked a family room (for 4). The hotel added one more bed for us and provided an additional kid’s bath robe for my little one. The room was spacious, very nicely renovated and clean. At night, we enjoyed the hotel facilities such as the pool and steam room. Location of the hotel is convenient to walk to the Main Street. Staff were all very friendly and we appreciated the shuttle service from and to the train station.
