Great location! All of the buses to the ski lifts and trams came straight to the front door. The breakfast was also nice. The room was large and the sauna and steam rooms were nice after a day of skiing. The staff were also nice and helpful.

Close To Station & Main Thoroughfare
It's just by the cemetery and bridge crossing river. We had the Matterhorn view room but sadly it was misty so that's the chance you take. Room was wonderful, beds were comfortable, balcony with a view was nice. The breakfast was good too. The staff were friendly and courteous. We were told if you wanted to experience the Gornergrat railway experience, to pay after 12.30pm for 69 francs, which we did. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Exceeded our expectations. Massive room, clean and comfortable. Good easy to reach location by foot (not uphill). Breakfast was ok, sometimes ran out of pastries. Staff were friendly. Good value for the town.

We went to tha Hotel Antika in Zermatt. It was perfect. Right in the middle of things! The staff was very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was lovely. Very happy with my choice!!

Lovely upper level 4 apartment, although lift only goes to 3rd floor. Amazing view over the alpine town and towards mountains. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Comfortable room

Very nice hotel with great location near the church and Matterhorn museum. Room had a balcony overlooking the river and town. Cute breakfast room with lots of breakfast choices. Highly recommend !

The staff is super nice to offer late check-in and breakfast box as we have to do early check-out. The room is clean and is able to see the mountain Eiger at the balcony. The environment is quiet since evening. It’s around 5 min walk to the station and FIRST. Good breakfast offered!

This hotel is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The room was great and exactly as pictured. The breakfast has everything you could want, including hot chocolate made with steamed milk. I was on the top floor and the shower still had plenty of hot water pressure. The sauna is wonderful. The hotel is located right at the corner that's listed as one of the best Matterhorn views in town. If you do some unplanned hiking they even have hiking sticks at the front desk. Rain? They have umbrellas. The day I left it was raining and they were able to give me a ride to the train station. This service might not always be available. I loved sitting on my balcony and hearing the church bells and the river. The only reason I rated one step down on comfort is the bed. It's hard for American tastes, but not so hard you can't sleep. I will go back to Zermat and I will stay here again.

My only criticism is that the bed was really hard, really hard. The hotel has the look of an alpine chalet. The room looked new, but in an antique way, lots of blonde wood. The bathroom was spacious, with great pressure. The staff was friendly. My room had a balcony with an outstanding mountain view, as well as that of the town. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, breads, croissants, fantastic. It is located in the middle of town, 10 minutes walk to the train station or 10 minutes to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable station. You need to insist to pay the city tax with a credit card.

Very friendly staff, a convenient location for the bus to either end of the village. Only a short walk to the centre of the village. Would recommend and stay again.

The property is excellent for what it is -- a great location and efficient hotel, with wonderful views of the Matterhorn. I had a room on the 4th Floor. Friendly staff and conveniently on the bus line to Matterhorn Express. I would return.
