We had a wonderful stay at Beausite. The hotel is exceptional, the nicest in zermatt in my opinion. The only 2 issues were: - the restaurants closing very early - the massage was dreadful. Both my partner and myself have more aches after the massage than we did before

This is an AMAZInG hotel that’s well worth the price. It was incredibly comfortable and apparent they think of every little detail… even down to the color motif :) I’m a world traveler and would put this hotel towards the top of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. If you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing place that’s conveniently located to everything I highly recommend this hotel.

The spa area along with the Matterhorn view are what make the property special. The breakfast is also good along with the front desk staff. Did not like the concierge Thomas; he was condescending and quite rude. He put a bad taste of Swiss people in our mouths. We had just arrived from Austria and he insulted Austria along with Canadian skiing (skiing in both places was better than Zermatt so it was cringe). All of the hotel staff in Austria treated us like family, this concierge talked to us rudely. We heard other people in the hotel talking about how he treated them.

One of the best and most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in! Room with a Matterhorn view & balcony is a must. We booked the junior suite with Matterhorn view, it was extremely spacious and very lovely overall. The service was wonderful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Simply Amazing
The hotel and pool are amazing. We couldn’t have been happier with the room, the view and the service. We will be back again as it was amazing. The robe for our two year old was an amazing touch.
