Our expectations were exceeded! Beautiful rooms and views! Staff was helpful all along our journey - when we were delayed in our arrival we were able to communicate well by phone, arrival was seamless, baggage from the train straight to our room. After our day on the mountain we came back to change in the changing room, relax and discovered more possibilities for next time - like the outdoor jacuzzi! Terrific place to stay!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Worth every penny. The room was cozy and luxurious with a bathtub in the center! The lobby, piano bar and spa area were all beautiful. The hotel owns several local restaurants- Highly recommend Julen! The hotel breakfast is huge and has many cheeses, yogurts and jams from the hotel owners farm.
