“Great location - shame about the accommodation. Location by the lake is good. Check in experience was good and my son loved the pool. The welcome pack of detergent etc was a nice touch. You were charged extra for towels, tea towels and even to have the bed made (an extra 4.50 euros per bed) The accommodation was described as Type B Comfort for four people (Elegant). It was not elegant. It was well worn and in need of a more thorough clean. There was no fan for the heat and it was like……

“Zu dem wellness cube kann ich leider nichts sagen, da er wegen eines wasserschadens saniert werden musste... wir wurden dann auf den cube comfort umgebucht, was prinzipiell kein Problem war, aber ein deutliches downgrade, da es keine sauna hatte und zusätzlich noch sehr schlecht geputzt war. Seitens des Anlagenbetreibers kam erst nach mehrmaligen nachfragen ein finanzielles entgegenkommen welches auch nicht angemessen war. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, da man sowas deutlich gästefreundlicher……
