Enjoyable HotelPosted Oct 2, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed the large Kingsize bed ( actually two full size bed combined)and bathtub with glass wall that we can watch TV..
Cons: It needs more drawers to put short pants and socks..
Location: It is near to the entrance of Tianzi Mountain!
We spent 4 nights and enjoyed nice facility, good help from the staff members. Room was very clean, bur not many drawers to put shirts etc. Bathroom was very nice! We enjoyed this the most.

Great hotel close to the entrance to the parkPosted Sep 16, 2015
Pros: Breakfast and distance from park. Hotel staff were all very nice!
Cons: Don't piece two beds together....
Location: Zhangjiajie National Park
This hotel is probably one of the best in Wulingyuan. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony! The hotel is within walking distance to the National Park entrance. It's also close to the main street with all the restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is very good and affordable. There were many selections including western styled foods and Chinese styled foods. We had a room with an extra large king-size bed, which we inadvertently booked. The room was very nice (bathroom was beautiful and comfortable), but the bed was clearly 2 full-size beds pieced together. There was a seam in the middle that was uncomfortable to sleep on. I think the bed was unnecessarily large. A regular king would have sufficed. One thing to note is that if you fly into Zhangjiajie City, be sure to contact the hotel in advance and arrange for them to pick you up. Otherwise you will be harassed by cab drivers outside the airport. Wulingyuan is in a different district than Zhangjiajie and many cabbies don't want to drive there and will demand an exorbitant amount of money. The drive from the airport to the hotel is probably 45 min over mountainous roads.

Nice hotel in the area but could be a better!Posted Sep 9, 2015
Pros: Facilities, vicinity to the park, etc
Cons: Customer Service!
Location: Zhangjiajie national park... hiking, balong elevator, enjoy the views!
I am a western traveler. (100+ countries) and stayed here while trekking Zhangjiajie... it was a nice hotel, clean, nice facilities but the staff could be better and more accommodating to western travellers. Hardly anyone spoke English and the bartenders were amateur. I had to leave early to catch a flight to Shanghai and the hotel refused to refund me for my last night and on top of that charged for the next mornings breakfast as well. That being said, I would stay here again if I decided to check out the National park as it is the nicest big chain hotel in the area.

ottima location, personale furbetto!Posted Aug 22, 2015

Good place to stay when in ZhangjiajiePosted Jul 8, 2015 on Hotels
Good room, hotel could do with More Western items on the room service menu, such as pizza and pasta. Service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is a mayhem, could do with faster replenishment of plates/bowls/food. Great location, walking distance from one of the forest park entrances.

Excellent International Hotel in ZhangjiajiePosted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: I like the hotel location, the hotel room and the hotel staff.
Cons: Dinner at the hotel is expensive. And if one likes to drink 2- 3 cups of coffee during dinner, it can be quite expensive as there is no refill.
Location: The hotel location is situated in a beautiful scenic environment around Zhangjiajie park that we visited. Also visited Tianmen Mountains further away.
Just had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel, which is located about 15 - 20 minutes walk from one of the national park entrances. The hotel itself is a beautiful international standard hotel. We stayed in a double bed room that was quite big and very well appointed. The bathroom was spotless and filled all necessary sundries, including luxurious bath towels. We had breakfast (free) and dinner at the hotel everyday. Both were good, although dinner can be quite expensive. The hotel staff were wonderful, professional and always willing to help to ensure our comfort and safety within and outside the hotel. They provided directions and facilitated our tours of the area. Communication with people in the hotel and in the area can be difficult because most people there do not speak English, but the hotel had an English speaking staff available to assist with communication so that any issue or problem we had was resolved very quickly. A big thank you the hotel staff including, Jessie, Maria, Martin, Alisa, Sherry, Leo and all others who made our stay enjoyable and fun.

張家界旅行にはここPosted Jun 17, 2015 on Hotels
男4人での張家界旅行。かなり強行スケジュールでしたが、ホテルが良かったからゆっくり休めました！ 朝のブフェも満足。 武陵源に近く、観光にも便利な立地でした
