Great hotel with some flaws.
Stayed here for the first time, booked the Double Deluxe room. There was a check-in counter, manned 24/7. Not sure why Hotels states there isn't one. Check in was quick and easy. There was a smell in the hotel, but it's almost unnoticeable. Public transport in the area is not that great. However, there is a 7-11 nearby the hotel for your snacks and necessities. The room was large. Had a King sized bed and a couch with space left. The bathroom was huge too with a big bathtub and separate shower, if that's what you look for. Could get noisy as it's facing the highway but with the bathroom door shut and curtains drawn, the room is almost silent. The downsides of the room are the small but important ones. No full length mirror, no clock and the only wall plug was at the table across the bed. My ceiling had some dust bunnies hanging from it as well. Also, to borrow an iron and ironing board, you would have to pay almost NTD4000. I did not borrow them so I hope it is only a deposit. Aside from that, the breakfast had an okay spread of protein and carbs. Can also make toast and coffee. Friendly staff will make your mornings good. When it's time to leave, just book a taxi from the front desk, which cost me NTD1200. This hotel is a good choice if you don't mind not being able to bang out some weights, the slightly inconvenient location or not being able to charge your phone while lying in bed.

An excellent hotel. The room was large and the soaking tub was excellent. The hotel is in an commercial type area (car parts, cleaning cars, etc) and the MRT was not close, but the quality of the hotel made up for this. Breakfast was good and even when there were a lot of people in the restaurant there was always fresh, hot food being brought out.

Convenient to the airport
The hotel was better than average having some pros and some cons. Check was smooth and quick. The hotel was clean, but just did not smell fresh. The room was good. A very big shower, clean. Internet was easy to access and a good connection. I was on the 8th floor and although near a major through fare when the bathroom door was shut, no discernible road noise. No view either, but that was ok with me. This hotel seems to cater to local trade conventions but during my stay, nothing like that was going on. So only 3-4 people in the breakfast area. The location was convenient to the airport, and convenient to New Taipei City XinDian where I had a morning meeting at 10:00 am. There in 20 minutes

Great hotel, OK location
Hotel was great... Loved the soaking tub, modern decor and fixtures. Staff were very accommodating and friendly... Overall great stay... Down side is location, I had a car rental, but... if staying in Taipei without a car, not the best spot, not much around.

Hotel at new Taipei
Room is very nice, nice big tub to soak in after a tiring day. Restaurant is decent, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Near to some eateries n banks during the day though fewer during the nites. 7-11 abound though. Nice spread of breakfast items.

Qiality hotel for the price

Nothing more than a clean room to stay!
Room is clean however facility is visibly old. Location is in a semi-industrial area with noisy traffic and no access to acceptable dinning. Pretty rare situation for Taipei City. The breakfast is minimum acceptable grade.

Great Hotel, but Far Far Away...
In terms of how good the actual hotel is, it's almost perfect given the price. but when you take into account the location... you need to think twice... if there is no traffic, you need to spend NT$300-350 to reach CBD say Taipei 101 area, and take you 20-25 mins. if there is traffic and you need to go crossing numerous traffic lights, you can spend almost NT$500 and over 35mins to reach the CBD. also it's not close to the nearest MTR station either. but yes the hotel is new and the room is really big, same hotel in the CBD could cost you NT$6000-8000 easy...

The room is comfortable with good size.
The area is more suitable for business traveller as there are only factories and workshops around. I will not recommend for traveller as it is not convenient for food or shopping. However the room is comfortable with good size and bathroom is spacious with a bath tub good for jacuzzi.

First place come to mind
We stayed here several times during the last year or so, this is by far one of the best choice in Taipei. From the room to the food, everything is great. We'd stay here again next time in town.

Breakfast is interesting if you have the local options but they will do an American breakfast just make sure you enjoy ketchup if you have that. The staff are very helpful and friendly so just ask for what you want.

The staff was very friendly and professional, except the house keeping where they didn't vacuum for 3 days and the job quality was not good. The facility is in good condition and comfortable for the price. The only setback for this great hotel is the location where it is bit difficult to reach by public transportation.

lovely hotel, wonderful service
Room was big and the bathroom was huge! Service was great, special mention must be made of Ms Fifi from the front office. She remembered us by names, and was helpful with our requests. Buffet breakfast was ok, not that fantastic, especially if you're staying there for more than one night. only unfortunate thing is that the location of this hotel is not near to any malls or attractions.

Hotel is much better on the inside than the appearance from the outside. I am not sure the location was great but staff were friendly and it was a good deal.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are looking new, I had a king bed and very comfortable pillows. The breakfast was warm and good and had a fair variety of dishes. Not everyone in the staff speaks English but at least one did and spoke to me kindly; the rest of the staff speaks Chinese and Japanese. They are all very friendly and helpful, they gave me a hand booking a City Tour for the next morning, also they showed me how to get around the city. Please do notice that this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel; however in its category I might say that they are very good and that they excelled my expectations. The only disadvantage I found was that the hotel is a bit far from Taipei City and you need to take a taxi to go to the subway station, it's not within a walking distance.

It is a nice, modern hotel. Very clean rooms. The breakfast is 100% chinese/japanese so for western people is difficult to find a lot of variety. But overall nice stay.

It's a Great Hotel but...
Great hotel but location is far out the closet MRT is not Jingan it's Xinpu Station. The 7-11 provides great conviniennce for quick bites to eat. The number 5 bus which takes u to the closest MRT station Xinpu Station takes a very long time too come but make sure u catch this bus the others go a long way to get to there. Otherwise this is a great hotel make sure u take advantage of the free breakfast it great. If ur going out in Taipei at the night the taxi fare is about 350NT which is pretty cheap for us foreigners. But it adds up doing it every night. This hotel would be recommended if u r on a budget and know how to get around or if ur doing business in New Taipei. I would stay here again but I reckon I want to go out in Taipei do I would prefer a hotel in the Xinyi district.

房間很大設施很棒，但房間緊鄰64淺眠的人很難睡
優點:房間很大，浴室很大，床超大，很舒適 缺點: 剛入住就看到浴室地板有頭髮，電視櫃前踩到指甲。 房間緊鄰64快速道路，雖然已經隔了浴室門和窗戶有比較小聲，但夜深人靜時整晚車流的呼嘯聲沒有停過，淺眠的人一直被吵醒。 建議淺眠的人入住可以要求安排在靠另一側的房間。
