Great customer service, dingy room

Overall nice hotel stay, lovely front desk staff that was very accommodating. Room was larger than expected, but it was clear that the housekeeping staff was not dusting less visible areas or changing the bed skirt or cleaning the caulk in the shower. Excellent for a quick trip, but not for an extended stay.

Excellent facilities with jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, steam, sanua and hot/cold spa. Spacious deluxe room and polite staff

Nice hotel for business purposes

Customer oriented , the staff are excellent , facilities were superb , the only bad experiance is in my humble opinion , the lady that in charge of the cinema is not customer friendly . The swimming pool and the gym are nice.

Excellent location, by MRT

Pros: location, food, gym, cleanness
Cons: billing
Location: at MRT station, has good outside cafe and bistro close by that are authentic yet inexpensive
Great location ,at MRT subway station, good on site restaurant breakfast buffet, great gym, pool and sauna. Unfortunately, billing was confusing, requires correction to make it right, due to the facts that some stay includes breakfast, internet and minibar, some are not.

Not the best for a Westin

They checked me into a Room with 2 single beds - i wanted a single queen size bed and they claimed there was no rooms available - hotel didnt look that full.. they didnt even try - disappointed Also this is one of the first hotels i've stayed at in asia where i had to pay for internet (and i travel every second week) The hotel itself looks old and run down

Westin quality in the heart of Taipei

Pros: The staff, quality of the bed, quality of the room, excellent bathroom, quiet, central location. The rooms have been renovated since my last stay.
Cons: Not much could have been better for the price. Stayed there 10 years ago, and it was a great as I remembered to be.
Location: Even though the hotel is in the middle of Taipei, it is a short taxi or metro ride away from most things.
