Very nice cozy hotel, very clean and spacious room, very helpful staff. The location was super convenient and very close to some major attractions, restuarants, massage places, etc. Greatly appreciated having complimentary water in the room, coffee 24/7, tapas in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Prague.

30 degrees ac did not work properly. Long waiting time at only elevator that I could use, due to the fact, that staff members were using it non stop. Cars parked close to the entrance and breakfast terrace had their engines running, so I had to enhale all their exhaust gases. Slow service during breakfast. In general, nothing that gives you an impression, that you are in luxery hotel. Mandarin Oriental is my favourate chain, but this time it was very disapointing.
