We REALLY enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, it was clean, the room was great, but there were just a couple of unexpected things. What we thought was a hot tub on the deck turned out to be a cool tub. We did not use it. Also, this hotel was built on the side of a hill, with no elevator. We are in our sixties and pretty fit, and still found the stairs to be challenging, especially if you were leaving the hotel several times a day. 65 steps to our room. We know it could not be helped, however just want to make sure you know ahead of time what to expect. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. After all, this is Mexico!
