The house was very good overall with plenty of space and we found the location to be very good for us, with the village of Valtournanche within reasonable walking distance and the town of Certvinia around 20 minutes drive.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is spacious, full of warm wood and light, and feels immediately welcoming. "The hotel design was beautiful and overall was clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, they have a 5 star service. However, when I turned on the shower, 3 insects dropped from the shower head and completely shocked me. It was disgusting as they were dead. I wondered if the hotel staff forgot to close the balcony door and let in the insects. It gave me a good scare when they dropped. I wish the hotel could do a better job next time given that every other detail of this hotel was perfect. Also, one moth flew into my room during night and it disturbed my sleep. Given that there were no air conditioning, we had to open the balcony door for air, I wish the hotel could install window screening to prevent insects flying inside the room. "
