We stayed in a room with a wood fireplace. Unfortunately, we lit the fire and the chimney did not work well enough, or maybe wasn't clean enough. Smoke in the room was bothersome and unhealthy. We know how to light fireplace fires so that was not the issue. The property was not kept updated. Have low expectations if you stay here and don't light a fire, then you will be fine. Good location. Nice staff.

Hi Steven,Thank you for staying with us at Cable Mountain Lodge. I believe that you have us confused with another property. We do not have wood burning fireplaces in our rooms. They are all gas. The room that you stayed in was a king studio which does not have a fireplace. if you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Guest Services department. We are happy to assist.

Will defiantly be back- our first trip to Zion- the staff was helpful and rooms were clean. surrounded by the mountains it seemed that everywhere on the hotel grounds had an amazing vEiw! We had a blast- thank you!

The grounds were beautiful with spectacular views. We loved being able to walk right into Zion as it was the closest property to the park. The hotel was also so close to places to eat and all the happenings in town!

Nice high end property right next to the park. Some units have spectacular reviews of the mountains. We got a bite of the dirt and rock spoils. But a deer did walk past our window in the morning. No breakfast.

The location is superb!! We would definitely stay again. The staff at the coffee shop, market and front desk have been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is how clearly I can hear the conversation of the party in the adjacent room. Glad I brought ear plugs.

This property went well above our expectations! Lovely accommodations with full kitchen and patio. Gorgeous roof top deck open to all staying in the hotel. Convenient laundry facility on site. The immediate area has a brewery, grocery and other shopping within a “center” type environment. Oh…and did I mention spa! Right in the hotel!

Great location!! Staff at front desk were so friendly and willing to assist. It is in a great location to the Zion National Park. No need to use your vehicle. Walked from suite room to shuttles. Restaurant, gift shop and grocery market were so convenient as well. Never had to use our car. Our room was wonderful. Scenery from porch, beautiful.

This property was very nice! It is in walking distance to Zion Visitor center. The shuttle for Springdale picks up at this resort. The Brew Pub was delicious and we ate there often. It has a grocery store on site, which was very convenient. It had breakfast sandwiches and muffins, which were our go to breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing!

Beautiful property views and great unit - comfy beds and nice kitchen. Easy parking for guests and a wonderful coffee shop. So easy to walk over to the watchman trail or the park shuttles - we will always stay here when visiting Zion.

My family of 6 loved Cable Mountain Lodge! Our suite was clean and well equipped, with plenty of space to spread out. Our patio had a phenomenal view! The location was really convenient for visiting Zion National Park, and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and entertaining the kids after hiking. There was a variety of food options both on the property and within walking distance, as well as a small market. We enjoyed everything that we tried.

I cannot say enough about this property. I stayed for five days with my adult children. The property and the room were spotless. The room was a suite with all conveniences and gorgeous views. The parking was free. The property is right at the entrance to Zion National Park. There is also a small community of shops. The staff were all lovely. Every single person I spoke with was. This is honestly my favorite place I have ever stayed and you should book your trip immediately.

This Lodge's Location is great for visiting Zion National Park since it's just a 2 - 3 minute walk to the Entrance Station and Visitor Center. There was a restaurant and a Store on the property; and I ate breakfast at the lodge next door. The room was clean and the staff friendly. I will definitely come back if I visit Zion again.

This hotel is literally at the opening of Zion National Park. It's great because you don't have to try and park at Zion or in Springdale, simply walk to the visitor center and hop the shuttle into the park. Being in front of the park means beautiful views from the property. There is a coffee shop, convience store, gift shop, outfitter and brew pub / restaurant on the property so we only went in to town once, otherwise everything we needed was right there. We'll definitely stay here again someday.
