Our car was loaded with luggage was right in front of our room. My handicapped spouse had only a few steps to our room. The fastest check-in in a long time. Also happy with two chairs. Laminate would be an improvement over carpet. For the rest we got good value. JD

Dust on furniture. Hair on floor and walls in bathroom. Ants on coffee maker counter. Moth eaten curtains. Very comparable to our last Wyndham experience. No more Wyndham for us.

Located on North side of Kanab, on the main road. Good local restaurants 1 mile away and many other options some even closer. Reasonable fee for pet. Carpet and room look clean and functional. Great for overnight or a couple of day while visiting Kanab, Utah

The hotel is in terrible condition, the mattresses are extremely old. The hotel smells like bleach. We ordered a king size room was supposed to be a sweet ended up with maybe a queen size bed

Affordable, excellent localization from major touristic attraction, cleanliness and friendly staff. I highly recommend; we extended our stay. We encountered difficulties with the bedroom keys. Anybody can enter the hotel because you don t a key to enter the hotel from the side and main doors. Other than lock of security I rate the hotel a 5 star.

So much noise from the fridge, tenants, water, shower toilets, walking around, monkeys jumping on beds, bed was stiff had a rough night. Was clean and safe. But I’d sleep better in the car

The rooms are large and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly. It is a little dated and in need of upgrades. But its by far the best bang for the buckbfor 100 miles in any direction.

They seem to always have problems with the room keys working . Heater had trouble . Hair wods everywhere and someone’s salad remains on floor , faucett spray everywhere. … staff seemed to want to help.

Avoid. I wish I hadn’t stayed here. Room was dirty, hair throughout the bathroom in shower and on the floor. No screen in the window of the second story (scary with kids). Things were grimy and some pillows didn’t have pillowcases. I couldn’t fall asleep because my brain kept wondering what else was dirty that I couldn’t see. The office person was annoyed when I asked where I should park. Pay a little more to avoid this deal than ended up feeling like a steal.

The front desk staff was more than helpful and moved us to another room when the TV would not work in our room. All the other staff- cleaning and maintenance should be fired. The state of the rooms and property is terrible and needs significant repairs and cleaning.

The cleaning staff for the rooms, needs to be trained with how a room should be cleaned, the bathroom tub had a rim of dirty water, human body oils, hair, the floors full of different hairs, curly, blonde, pet, long, etc., like the rag or mop wasn't cleaned ever before. Dusty, old, the pool was dirty, terrible breakfast.

Everything is broken. Door cards failed for me and another guest. The manager said a “boy” would be sent, but that never happened. Everything was in disrepair including the mattresses.
