Despite a warm greeting upon arrival, our stay was awful enough that we left a day early. Our room was incredibly loud - every step in the hallway or any rooms around us sounded like we were inside a gymnasium in the middle of a basketball game. Seriously. Our 'suite' was basically a small conference room with a pointless table/counter dividing the bed from an area that contained an extremely uncomfortable couch that we ended up putting our luggage and clothing on since we could not use the closet because the sliding doors kept coming off track. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, and when we tried to shower off a bad night's sleep we experienced major water temp fluctuations which I guess served the purpose of waking us up, if I am trying to find a silver lining...Upon leaving, I asked if we could be spared the final day of parking fees -- yes, even though there are no other available options for parking, Hilton insists on squeezing guests for another $10 a day -- and I was told that they couldn't give me an answer about that, that I would need to go through the third party booking provider AND that they also could not give me a receipt for my stay, that would also have to come from orbitz. If you are looking for any form of hospitality or comfort, this is not the place for you.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's modern and clean. Staffs were so welcoming and friendly. The location is great. The bed was very comfortable. Good selections of breakfast. The breakfast area had a nice mountain view. The shuttle bus is just right in front of the hotel to the Zion park. And it's walkable to the shops, restaurants and the market. Highly recommend this one!
