We were upgraded to the three queen room and it was great. The front desk lady was so nice. Our card stopped working a few times and she did everything to help us.

The hotel was extremely dirty. They also had a king suite online with 3 beds, when we arrived they said sorry we don't have rooms like that. False advertising. We stayed elsewhere

You get what you pay. 2 beds were comfy. Had issues with plumbing which they fixed the following morning. Did get housekeeping service. Don’t know if we were supposed to ask for it.

This hotel is outdated, it needs a whole new update and better furniture. The hotel is too noisy. The walls are thin. It is definitely not a 3 star hotel. We would give it a 1 star. The room above us were very noisy and the kids were running g back and forth and jumping. Total disregard for the people bellow them. We will never stay in a holiday inn. This hotel is ugly and terrible. Thank you.

The hotel feels like a facade of Holiday Inn Express. It’s nothing like any Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at. The rooms are in need of attention since 1995. The hotel reflects the vibe “I’ve given up” and it pours over onto the staff and guests. Every drawer had debris and hair from previous guests with a sweet stench of mildew and sour odor remnants from guests long ago and carpets that haven’t been cleaned since they were installed. I slept well, despite my deep concerns of unlaundered sheets and a duvet with a freshly sewn patch hiding a long, jagged tear. I was too tired to try for another hotel in the area after a 10 hour drive so I took the chance and compared it with camping so I could close my eyes. I won’t be staying here again when and if I come back to Kanab, UT.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the pool had WAY TOO MUCH chlorine. We couldn’t even use it because it made our eyes burn.

We are accustomed to lodging experiences in the wider Four Corners area, so we adjusted our expectations accordingly. Still, for the high price we paid, we got a partly redecorated room where the untouched parts stood out starkly, musty air and unsatisfactorily cleaned bathroom. The breakfast was OK, but there were not enough tables for everyone to sit. The whole place feels tired in spite of apparent recent touch ups.

After we checked in and went to our room we found the door to our room was open. We figured housekeeping just didn’t close it all the way but discovered later that the door would not close and lock. Anyone could just push it open. The hotel had no other rooms for us and we were tired and hungry so we had to take all our things back to the car so we could go get dinner before everything closed. We decided not to wait for maintenance to fix it or not and found accommodation at another hotel where we felt secure. When I asked to cancel the room the desk clerk tried to dissuade me by saying the rest of the hotels in town were all very full.

Pros: 1. Rooms were quiet (can't hear hallway noise) 2. Beds were clean and comfy 3. Convenient parking 4. Convenience store/grocery store/restaurants within walking distance Cons: 1. Our room had dirty clothing left on the floor in the corner of the room from previous guest 2. Bathroom floor also had debris on it from previous guest 3. The body wash pump in the shower was broken so we couldn't use it (but the front desk did supply us with alternative soap bar once we reported it) 4.Pool is small and freezing cold Hot tub is small and toooooo hot! Such strong chlorine smell in pool area that you can't sit in there because it burns your eyes.

The staff was very friendly and kind ! Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were a bargain for the size !!! We enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing is that our bathroom smelled a bit musty, there was no toilet paper or shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the dispensera. You could tell that it had been a while since the shower curtain had been changed. Just the bathroom needed attention and I'm sure that they would have sent someone to restock and refill but we were only there for one night. The dining area was well kept. The rooms were huge.

First morning they ran out of hot food for breakfast. We picked this hotel because the option of free hot breakfast. We ended up having to spend extra money for breakfast that wasn’t planned. When they did have breakfast that we ate, the chocolate milk was sour and served on expiration date. We planned for 5 people in the room. When I asked for five new towels , I was given an attitude and told the laundry was behind so they could only give me 4. The fan/vent in the bathroom was worthless and the room was very humid most the stay. Which also had mold on the ceiling. The flooring in the bathroom was not grouted properly and you could feel the stick on tiles come apart.

I would definitely stay again
Front desk employees were very kind and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast felt like a lot of things were empty and pancake machine didn't work great. Hotel itself and employees were great.

For being a Holiday Inn it wasn't what I'm use to from the name. Staff was very friendly. I rented a King suite for the night. There were stains on the wall by the dining table, a lose tile in the bathroom, the tub has seen better days, and the coffee machine had flecks of paint in it.

The property is a lot more dated than you realize when looking online. The room was dingy and dirty. There was lotion in the hand soap bottle. The bathroom smelled mildew and there was mold on the ceiling. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the pullout sofa mattress had springs jabbing through it and holes in it.
