Met our needs. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Towels were a bit thin and scratchy. Breakfast was pretty unhealthy, and no bacon. If it's going to be unhealthy, it should have bacon.

Great location.

Posted Oct 10, 2017
Pros: Staff were helpful, friendly and fast.
Cons: It would be nice if there are two beds in the room to have one softer than the other. Also, require supervision for kids in pool.
Location: Excellent location. Great Thai restaurant nearby, Flying Monkey and Jack's Sports Bar and Grill was good as well.
Hotel had fast check in, clean, good location, small heated pool that unfortunately filled up with many unsupervised kids by 5-6 pm. Laundry was next to pool so you can relax while waiting. Walked into Zion and caught the Zion shuttle at the visitor center. Breakfast choices were so-so but the man who took care of the breakfast area worked very hard and does an excellent job of keeping things stocked. He will even make your eggs per request. Make sure you give him a good tip! Bed was too hard for my old hip bones. It would be nice if there are two beds in the room to have one softer than the other or a optional memory foam pad for us old folks.

Close to Zion Park entrance

Posted Oct 5, 2017
Pros: Close to Zion Park entrance, can walk to the gate. No need to wait for the bus shuttle into the park.
Cons: Dampen sound transmission in hotel. One can hear talk and noise through the walls and people closing and walking down the hallways.
Location: Good restaurants nearby. Lots of walking and hiking in Zion National Park. Do ride the park shuttle to get oriented then pick where you want to hike
Good location. Easy to find and get to. In walking distance to local restaurants and Zion Park entrance. Once in Zion park the trails are everywhere and cover easy to tough hiking. Scenery is amazing and worth the exploration. The free breakfast is passable, although the coffee tasted some days to be watered down. Menu does not change from day to day (same stuff each day). Would be nice if hard boiled eggs were available.

Perfect Location

Posted Oct 4, 2017
Pros: Location on the shuttle line.
Cons: Hot tub for sore muscles after hiking all day.
Location: Location is perfect, shuttle stop right in front, restaurant next door and across the street.
I chose this hotel because of its location. It was right next to a Springdale shuttle stop that brought you into the Zion shuttle system. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Wish it had a hot tub, that would have been a nice feature after hiking all day. It does have a pool, but the weather was too cool for that in September. There is a restaurant next door and more across the street, and there is shopping in the area. This hotel offers a free breakfast, nothing fancy, but typical for this type of hotel chain. Another nice feature is that it offers laundry. After hiking the narrows, clothes and boots get wet. I would definitely book this place again.

Hotel in a nice location.

The staff at the front desk needs a class on customer service. They we're lacking smiles, warm greetings, knowledge, helpfulness and informing the guest that there is no elevator for your luggage. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. They keyed our for 201 but had us in the system for room 207, and they did this twice. No apologies for their lack of customer service. We will not stay they again nor recommend it. Now as for the chef he was awesome, super friendly and outstanding customer service.

Close Proximity to Zion

Posted Sep 16, 2017
This hotel is located very close to a shuttle stop that will take you to Zion National Park. The staff were friendly and were able to answer any questions we had. Our room was clean and was as expected. The only negatives about the room was that due to the size of the room, the air conditioner could not adequately cool the room.
