The vacation village on the Szczecin Lagoon offers the right accommodation for the whole family to suit every taste ? Comfort is guaranteed in these exclusive thatched-roof houses.
The high-quality furnished semi-detached house (directly neighboring house DMU188) is in a quiet location and the rooms are spread over two floors. The furnishings are modern and friendly. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunshine of Usedom. A Nespresso coffee machine is available in the vacation home for coffee lovers.
On cold days, you can warm up in the Finnish sauna. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There are two additional sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living area.
For your convenience, a washing machine is available in this vacation home.
Germany's second largest island offers miles of fine sandy beaches and plenty of untouched nature. Here you are surrounded by the extensive nature reserve and will find peace and relaxation as well as many leisure activities for the whole family.
The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbor, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St. Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme thermal baths can be easily reached by car.
The small airport of Usedom is located near the vacation village. Here you can watch an airplane take off or land about once a day.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person or bring their own. Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Das Haus ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und noch recht neuwertig. Leider war es aufgrund der Zuckmückenschwärme nicht möglich, den Außenbereich zu nutzen!
