Really nice and clean room and a comfy bed. It is right on a bus route that we took to the San Fermin festivities. We were lucky to find a great room on short notice at a great price on the first night! Thank you

Comfortable room and great location
The hotel is well located for those on the Camino. Room is very comfortable, even has a bar fridge. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, gave us good direction. Only downside was that the restaurant, bar and Turkish bath were all closed. We went to Pamplona and got a decent meal at a restaurant about 20 minutes walk.

Great place, very modern and clean. Great prices. Situated well for roads if you're passing through, easy parking. Not close to town center if you want to look around. Restaurant closed when we stayed early June. Sister hotel has restaurant 10 minutes walk away

Easy to find and excellent breakfast
Very easy to find, spotlessly clean, quiet and with free parking. Excellent breakfast, but very poor choice of room service Friday to Sunday and quite expensive for what was offered. No restaurants or shops nearby, so the hotel has the only facilities available.

Decent for the price
If you are looking for something within the city of Pamplona, don't stay here. It is outside of the city in a mostly residential area -- no local dinning. The room is nice; breakfast is okay; the price is reasonable.

Perfect Place
While walking the Camino, I decided to treat myself to a hotel room as a break from the hostels. This hotel was perfect, beautifully clean, wonderfully friendly staff and literally around the corner from the bus to Pamplona. Super hotel and great value.

A modern hotel in a new town near Pamplona
The stay was confortable. Air conditioning worked but needed tweaking to make it work - the on/off switch was probably faulty. Also the bedside switch was faulty which also needed tweaking to switch on the lights. Both these switches had electricity connection problem. Apart from that, however, everything worked well. When booking this hotel, I read reviews about this hotel being too far from the city center. You will need a car to get to the hotel but if you do have one, it is more convenient than hotels in the city as it has easy access to the motorway and once off the A12 (2nd exit after Avia Petrol station Southbound) it is just a minute until the hotel. There is plenty of car parking spaces in this new town of Zizur Mayor, and the area felt safe.

Running of the Bulls
This was a cost-efficient stay which got us away from the madhouse downtown at night. Excellent room, staff, neatness, all questions answered in helpful manner. However, be aware, you're too far from downtown Pamplona to walk. Taxi can be pricey at times - so city bus is your best option. There's a bus stop just across the freeway. Once you get your bearings, it won't be difficult, and the bus ride into Pamplona is only 10 minutes & very cheap. Have fun!

Amazing hotel at amazing price
This hotel was awesome. It was in amazing condition. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The room service was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I don't speak much Spanish and they helped call me a taxi when I was leaving and spoke slower so I could understand. Very accomadating. They have a gym that could use a few updates but no complaints just glad they had one. Breakfast was delicious too. And the price is unbeatable.

We stayed here for the Running of the Bulls and it worked out quite well. It does take at least 20 minutes to get into the city by bus but they run frequently. The hotel staff were very helpful! I had a train problem and they emailed Renfe for me in Spanish. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice tub and shower with a towel rack that was good for drying clothes.

A very modern, top of the range hotel but if you're looking for an authentic Spanish experience this is not it, you could be anywhere in the world. The location is removed from the main town of Pamplona but there is easy access via public bus.

Hotel staff was great and it was clean; however, it was not close to the center of Pamplona. It is approximately 15 minutes away by taxi or bus. We were there for the running of the bulls in the center of town, but it was nice to be away from all the crowds. There is a michelin rated restaurant walking distance (El Sidral) which was awesome!

Visit for San Fermin
This hotel was good for staying for the running of the Bulls for one day. It's a bit far out of town, so if you are planning on going back and forth to the hotel a lot this isn't for you, but it worked as a good place to stay and get some rest before and after enjoying San Fermin. The restaurant was surprisingly good for location and a late night snack when you don't want to go back into town. The room was small but we also had 3 beds in it. The bathroom was nice and spacious.

Nice hotel but poor location.
Hotel was fairly nice. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. The location is awful. There is NOTHING nearby so once you are at the hotel you are basically stuck there unless you travel back towards Pamplona. Bus stop however is right outside the hotel which is nice but the bus is slow and travels through the local neighborhood before actually heading towards the city.

Stayed for San Fermin -- PERFECT
Stayed here for San Fermin, this place is perfect. It was perfectly priced. It was far enough away from downtown to be away from all the craziness but still close enough for a 15min bus ride. The bus pick up is maybe 1000ft from the hotel entrance and ran 24hrs during San Fermin. My parents stayed equal distance away from downtown but paid 3x as much for a comparable room.

Good hotel for stop-overs or business.
Good hotel - a ways outside the city centre. More business than leisure but fit for purpose. There is nothing in the close vicinity - so eat in hotel (did not) or taxi to centre - loads of restaurants but not for Vegetarians! Be warned.

Decent stay
My room was clean enough but the smell of cigarette smoke was terrible! I didn't think to ask for a non-smoking room but I guess in Europe it might be a good idea. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave me assistance in getting a cab as I had an early morning flight. The airport is quite close to this hotel making it a convenient choice. There is no WI FI in the room unless you pay for it. It is free in the lobby.

Modern hotel just outside of Festivities
We stayed at this hotel for the Running of the Bulls. We were slightly disappointed we would be outside the city, but in the end, we were very thankful. The festival is huge and overcrowded, you want to be away from the noise and smell to recharge your batteries.

We had a pleasant stay that was quiet and clean. It was very appreciated as Pamplona was very noisy during the festival. The hotel staff were helpful and a lovely breakfast was enjoyed as well.

Pamplona San Fermin
We stayed for San Fermin. It's a little out of town which was perfect. The area was peaceful and clean, unlike the town itself. There were a few shops and supermarket very close. The bus into town was only 10 mins or taxi about €10. The hotel itself was really nice and very clean. Free wifi in the lobby too. I would definately stay here again for San Fermin

Tremendous value. Free mini-bar was exceptional. Very good breakfast. Free easy access parking. Very clean and organized. At least with a car, fine location. One minus: Internet NOT free was okay. Given that, however, bandwidth was severely limited (Skype almost useless).

Don't be fooled by the address. This hotel is not in Pamplona. There are a couple of clues to this. One is seeing the sign indicating you are leaving Pamplona as you head towards the hotel. The second is that if you try and programme the address as provided into sat nav it draws a blank. That is because there is no such address *in* Pamplona. Simply, the advertising is misleading. It is about a 12 Euro cab ride into the centre of Pamplona. On the night we stayed there (a Friday) we had to take that cab trip as the much hyped restaurant and bar were closed. The check in clerk advised me to go to the other side of the highway where he said there were restaurants and bars. There were not. No shops at all that I could find. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable but without food, bar or any other services available on foot, not at all a good option.
