“What I liked was the mini pool/jacuzzi and the room, everything is brand new. By the other hand, the staff doesn’t explain how to use the amenities, such as the TV at the terrace or the electronic devices. Lack of good vibes.”

“This a 10/10 hotel, that’s truly a boutique upscale hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. They have us early check in and late check out and recommended great restaurants. The room is amazing, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The shower and bed are 5 stars. Loved our stay and we will definitely come back”

“Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming staff. We were unwell when we arrived and they went out of their way to look after us. Breakfast was amazing, cooked fresh each morning and really traditional and fresh. Great location, walkable to the main square. 10/10, wish we could have stayed longer”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located near shops, key sites and restaurants. The teacher strike was a big negative and it would have been nice receive a discount on the hotel rate because of the tents outside the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who plan to visit Oaxaca.”
