It was clean and modern. There were restaurants closeby. Would have liked a Smart TV and there were only 2 English channels. We needed to go to the restaurant to get ice. The entries/exits to the hotel were awkward. We needed to go through a mall to go outside to the main street or walk quite a ways around the hotel along a sloping and narrow sidewalk. It was OK if you were getting in a taxi but we often walk.

Im a regular at this property and I noticed the service level has improved at all customer facing stations. For example Marilyn at front desk was very helpful in answering questions and she went over all the hotel amenities questions I had. Agosto the Royale Floor attendant was very helpful considering my disability with walking. Agosto was fast and made my stay the best considering the great deal of pain I have with my disability.

Good location, friendly accomodating staff. I wish that had a 4 am shuttle. They have a 4:30 am shuttle but for those of us who have flights at 6:30 am......it’s too late.
