Pillows

They need new pillows. Other than that. Hotel is perfect. Great food too.

The A.C. did not work most of the time Hardly any pressure on the water tap in the bathroom for a hand wash. Too noisy a hotel The employyees are nice.

Great experience. Stayed two times. Good location and it is clean and has pool. Only complaint, no towels for pool, had to pay for them.

Great Deal, but Standard Rooms are old

Pros: The prices and location
Cons: The standard rooms need updating
Location: Walking distance to everything along the beach including Walmart, and Starbucks.
We had a great week at the Grand Acapulco. We got a great deal on for our stay, and had read enough reviews to know what to expect. We got a standard room and it was in desperate need of updating. I understand that the Grand rooms on the upper floors were in better shape, but we really did not care. We had an ocean view, and for the price we paid we have no complaints. The staff was really friendly, and although much less English is spoken in Acapulco than in other Mexican resorts, they were still extremely nice and helpful when we "tried" to speak Spanish. Our kids had a great time in the kids club, too.

Nice hotel but a few people working

the hotel is expensive, and few people working, the air conditioning in my room did not work, and I reported it and it was never fixed

not to be desapointed don’t expect 5 stars

Big room , the bathroom too old Not very clean They don’t have the 5 stars service And nobody speaks English at the front desk
