Hotel is old but staff is very nice. Have nice pools.

One of our rooms did not have air conditioning.

Pros: It was clean and most staff where really friendly.
Cons: There hotel policy and air conditioning.
Location: Perfect location lost of convenient stores near by and the coach aswell.
Was disappointed, I was told I could not take snacks to our room. I had two children with me that is impossible.

Not going back

Number one they don't have adult area so expect to be swimming with a bunch of kids Number 2 Security personnel is annoying I had a $30 Bluetooth speaker and there were telling me all the time to turn it off Number three I found cockroaches in my room

Very happy with hotel we will stay there again, service great, close to major Shopping center walmart , places to eat out like dominos pizza Or mexican. Starbucks

Beautiful view and close proximity

We enjoyed our trip very much. Beach, hotel and staff were pleasant. When we booked on Expedia this hotel came up under all inclusive option, IT IS NOT!! Really that was our only issue, they have no all inclusive option but this hotel will come up with that option!

Pros: Staff, security, location, were all great.
Cons: Maybe a little more detail in cleanliness of rooms. Small minor things
Location: Great location, close to lots of restaurants, Walmart & a karaoke bar just 5 mins from hotel
Four of us stayed here. At first there were some problems with air conditioning and shower diverter in our rooms, but Fernando was awesome and upgraded us to gorgeous suites high above on 18th & 19th floors. Beautiful ocean view, breathtaking! Nobody disappointed to say the least. After a week in the suite we were a bit sad to have to leave. Great job Grand hotel staff! Would gladly stay here again.

For the price could not beat this beachfront hotel

Large comfortable attractive room. Attractive pool area and beach. Pleasant atmosphere with many families.
