Need Remodelation

They have a great service but the hotel is too old they need to remodel the rooms and it will be excellent, food and drinks are great and the access to the beach is perfect.

Family friendly beach hotel

We stayed 2 nights 3 days had 3 rooms all with ocean view. The food was execellent, good entertainment through the day with activities at night live band with open bar till midnight. Good music to dance to or just sit and enjoy drinks. There was also night shows at the hotels theater one was a folkloric Mexican dances from around the Mexican Reoublic the other was a show a Vegas line style.

The food is delicious the location is awesome, but the hotel needs to be updated especially the beds. The beds are horrible hard.

Customer service did not go above and beyond to m

Pros: Customer service did not go above and beyond to make sure that our itinerary was fixed internally he went back-and-forth with arrow Mexico but did not resolve the issue the problem is that when the rest of vacation was made the itinerary only specified The connecting flights at no point did itinerary tell us that we had a short time in between flights it was not until we got into the airport that we noticed that the flight changes were made the original flight was connecting was to leave at 11:45 AM from Acapulco to Mexico City and all of a sudden we see the change made at 7 o'clock in the morning which would have given us no time at all whatsoever we would have to get up at 5 AM or earlier in order to get to the airport we were very unsatisfied and we called Expedia Expedia said they could not do anything they were for other flights available but they said they could not make the changes so I had to make the changes with aero Mexico and they were able to change to a later flight the problem is that Expedia and the airline did not communicate properly prior to making the connecting flights we have a problem with that we have always had our reservations made through Expedia we will no longer do this anymore this was a lot of weight in the airport we had to wait eight hours in the airport we will never do this again Expedia I believe could have made arrangements with the airline directly without us having to go through all this this is not correct the original reservation

Clean Hotel

Great staff...I requested a free upgrade and they game me a ocean front room! Buffet was good enough, all inclusive drinks were OK but they can definitely improve by offering a better quality brands. Overall, Pool is ok and the beach area is great.

On the beach,

It was super fun, i really love the way everyone treat me and my family, they have band playing every night, and a show, i really want thanks the people in the bar area, gerardo ,jorge, esteban, vaena, ventura, they went beyond their duty to make us feel like home. Thanks

Nice location but it could be better and the food

The water beautiful nice beach but swimming pool I bit old but it was okay. Very good view from the hotel balcony

Ritz by the beach

Good hotel with nice mannered staff especially the bar tenders. Hotel on good location on Strip. The food buffet may need some upgrading on the variety. All in all not to bad foe a 3 star hotel.

Ritz Acapulco Is Absolutely Disappointing..

Pros: Lobby was clean and nightly 9:30pm folklorical dance shows were extremely well performed.
Cons: Hotel should keep an eye on hotel maintenance personnel to preclude visitors complaining about the room none working safety and electrical issues.
Location: I enjoyed watching the cliff divers, the walks and exercises being conducted at Papagayo Park nearby is excellent. Small artisan markets abound too.
1. No one, absolutely no one, is allowed into your room, not even a family member. Sliding door lock to room patio overlooking ocean wouldn't lock. I called front desk 5 times asking that the door be repaired. Finally came at 9:30pm. Lamp light was out, fella came 10:40pm after I went to bed so I got up so he could replace the light bulb. Called desk 5 times earlier because BR was dark. Front desk personnel never smiled once when greeting the incoming folks. Lastly, I was charged $220 (US $20) pesos for a safety box in the room. Never have I paid (Worldwide - in any 5 star or less hotels for a safety box w/a key. No choice so I paid it. Never "asked" if I liked my stay. Hotel has small pool where 200+ kids and adults try to have fun. It didn't appear like fun. Hugely crowed. Kids splashing, crying, laughing, yelling. Not my idea of vacation relaxation. So I didn't go in. However, the 9:30 nightly musicals were really fun to watch. Very colorful costumes, folkloricals from Mexico, Ireland, Russia, Italy, Spain and US Western dancing. The shows were highlight on my RITZ stay. All 3 meals are $200 pesos each. Most meat (baked/grilled) entrées were tough to cut (otherwise all looked really good). Best rating I CAN give RITZ Acapulco is 2 out of 5. Lobby was very clean. Anthony Delgado

very well located downtown Acapulco

Pros: area, pool , beach and of course all inclusive
Cons: some renovation to the hotel will help .
Location: mall, flea markets , beach , bar , restaurants and of course long walk on the beach and the strip.
Great week in Acapulco with my wife. great location, perfect beach and lot's of water activities offered during our stay. this hotel is all inclusive so enjoy and have fun.
