The hotel is very nice. It has just enough amenities to keep a traveler happy. There’s a grocery store and shopping center nearby. Less than a mile away are some excellent restaurants. Right across the street is the beach. There’s a small trail that allows easy access.

We stayed here for several days at the end of our vacation in Mexico and it was a great fit for us. Clean, well-managed property. Loved the pool area. Close walk to big grocery store and some restaurants. There is construction nearby but rooms are well insulated so no noise at all. Staff was very helpful although oddly we were not given coffee one day (got from front desk), then no coffee mugs the next day.

Staff was friendly however housekeeping did not mop or vacuum the room each day. The ac in the room was extremely noisy & the wallpaper was peeling near the shower which appeared moldy & smelled mildewy. We purchased slippers to walk around the hotel room in because we weren't comfortable walking barefoot. The hotel casts a shadow over most of the pool so if you're looking for sun we suggest the short stroll down to the beach. Breakfast is ok, on the first day the scrambled eggs tasted strange but they were fine the remainder of our stay. The taco place (Lateral) & pizza place (La Osteria) around the corner were excellent and the adjacent coffee shop (Abreojos), bakery (Nata Renata), and ice cream shop (La Dolce Villa across the street) were excellent as well. It was nice to have so much within walking distance and we practically had the beach to ourselves. We did notice that a lot of the other restaurants within walking distance weren't consistent with their hours & there were a couple we wanted to try but weren't open despite their posted hours & days.

We enjoyed our stay here because of friendly staff, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, and peace and quiet. Beach walking is across the street. Busses and Ubers are easy.

A decent hotel, moderately priced if you aren’t into all inclusive style of lodging. It’s in a perfectly situated location, safe, walkable, easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, groceries and the beach. It’s also only a few mins from Palmilla Beach, a quick 30min drive to Cabo San Lucas, 10mins ride to downtown San Jose Del Cabo main square & less than 20mins to the airport. Breakfast option is basic but it’s a great way to get started in the day, pool is decent and the room size is spacious enough for our family of 4. Clean but still found a few missed spots and had mosquitoes in our room. Staff is friendly aside from the first front desk person who assured us we could upgrade but later told us we couldn’t. Also, we were waiting to check in for a couple of hours which was fine but I saw they were checking in other folks who came after us. I wasn’t even approached even if we were right in front of them with two littles in tow. I expected a little bit more better service given that it’s a Hyatt. Nonetheless, our stay was overall, okay.

Over all a good place to stay, the only drawback was the pool. Always in the shade and very shallow. Not good for swimming.
