I’ve travelled to the best beach resorts all over the wold,the Viceroy is over the top a world class resort. The architecture is magnificent, the food was so delicious we canceled all our dinner reservations at other dining options.To top it off management and staff were there to meet all your needs!

Propery was great beautiful views but didn't like the hidden fees.

We had absolute Best time a Viceroy. The hotel is amazing. Our room was so beautiful and clean. The view from the terrace overlooking the hotel and ocean was amazing. Everyone at the hotel is so attentive and friendly. Food was great! We will be back next year.

This hotel is beautiful. I loved that it was more adult friendly and relaxing. Unfortunately, the A/C in our room was not working well. It said it was set to 64* and felt like it was between 75*-80*. It was very uncomfortable to sleep the whole stay. We asked to fix it but they said they couldn’t do anything to make it colder. One of the nights we didn’t have running water when we returned from dinner. They must have had to fix a pipe and they said 15 minutes which turned the following morning because we didn’t want to wait and went to sleep. There was a jacuzzi tub on the balcony of our room but we never got to use it. I left the water on for a hour and it was only a quarter of the way filled up. I asked to fix it and they said that’s the fastest it goes. I’m assuming that can’t be every room, but it was unfortunately that was for ours. Overall, we did enjoy this stay because the property is beautiful but those couple things weren’t ideal. The staff at the restaurants and pools are the best. They made the trip the best.
