Good location. Great staff. Genuinely good breakfast. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. I know others mentioned the noise late into the night but didn't hear anything when I was in bed.

It’s centrally located, easy access to Uber transportation to the many day tours we participated in The staff was super helpful, very polite and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed the extra room and comfort of the Jr Suites

Excellent location, excellent facilities and great stay in general. Had initial issues at check in as I had requested a room with two separate beds and was given a room with 1 king bed. I requested a switch but there were no available rooms so they provided a sofa bed instead. Room was excellent and very big and comfortable. Nothing bad to note. Location is great and located in the LGBT area of Mexico City with great restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping around. Safe area at all times of the day/night.

This hotel has an excellent location. Very central to anything you want to do in CDMX. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I really liked the fact that you have a separate bedroom and living room area. Thank you to all of the staff for the great service.

I would not recommend this hotel for several reasons. Despite making arrangements directly with the hotel for our group to be picked up at the airport for $1000.00 MN, no one was there to collect us. After waiting for more than an hour and calling the hotel 3 times (no answer) we hired a taxis to drive us at an increased cost of $1300.00 MN. We informed the front desk of this twice and was told the matter would be reviewed with the manager. We never heard back from the front desk or the manager during our 4 day stay. Other comments - items on breakfast buffet were not replenished; the bedding is inferior to other hotels of this.

It has a fridge, a safety box, a living room, lots of space, looks modern and in very good condition. Breakfast is only continental. It was not noisy but it wasn't a weekend, this area of the city is suited for party so I believe weekends would be noisy.

Super loud at night due to party scene music
For the price, not terrible but expect to stay up all night due to the very loud party/club scene right down the block. Zona Rosa is a great neighborhood but the hotel was right at the heart of the party scene unfortunately so noise got REALLY LOUD at 11pm and stayed loud until 3am. We had no idea so letting folks know that now.

Really loved this hotel. Rooms (suites) are very big and spacious. You have a living room with fridge, microwave and tv. Also a lot of closets and cabinets. Has a safe and another tv at the room. Bathroom is big and clean. Location is right in Zona Rosa so you can walk to a lot of places including El Angel. Many food and shopping options. It is a party area during the night so take that in consideration if you are a light sleeper. We didn’t hear anything in our room (floor 3) but just in case it is a big deal for you. Staff was great and honestly the hotel looked very clean. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance. Very recommended.

Eurostars Zona Rosa Suites is in a lively neighborhood with great bars, clubs and restaurants. It’s a short walk to Reforma and has excellent shopping options. The area can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights but the accommodations at the hotel and proximity to great food, make it totally worth the stay. I highly recommend Eurostars and their excellent service.

The people working there were nice. The rooms were clean and didn't have any issues with them. It's a pretty convenient place to be. Very central to touristy stuff. It can be loud at night on the weekends since there's bars nearby but not a bit issue if you're not too light of a sleeper.
