great hotel!

Hotel was located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and came with modern amenities. Jhon the guy who runs the evening shift was awesome!

BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I travel a lot and by far this is one of my faves. Pros: Friendly staff, clean, great location (close to malls, grocery, restaurants, nightlife), good breakfast, some English speaking staff, safe at night (I walked alone as a woman and felt comfortable). You should stay here and take cabs/uber to the museum area (area near museums is sketchy at night, but safe during the day). Only con: It was a little loud on Sat night BUT if you shut the windows and bathroom door the room is quiet (bathroom has a window). I had no issues sleeping and I'm a light sleeper. FYI: There is an extra $2.50 USD charge per person per night which covers medical insurance. I had purchased mine before I left, and the hotel removed the fee when I showed them. I tipped everyone (maid, breakfast waiter, door guy) about 65 cents US ($2,000 cop) per day. It was a small amount but they gave great service and appreciated it. Restaurants automatically added a tip of 10% because I was a tourist. You can reject it or leave the amount you choose. Most Colombians don't tip but tourists are expected to. I typically round up on the bill, unless I'm at a REALLY nice place, then I'll leave 10%. Nice places will ask if you want to leave a tip before bringing you the bill.

Great location

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, close to a ton of fun restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the staff were all friendly. The only thing to consider is the noise. We stayed on a Saturday night and we could hear a lot of street noise from nearby clubs. It wasn't an issue for us, but light sleepers should be aware. Other than that, I'd recommend the hotel!

Great hotel for a great value, walkable location near Andres Carne de Res DC, shopping centers, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, good wifi, excellent staff helped us accommodate trips to local attractions and included breakfast/room service in general were very good.

Average hotel and room. Great location near restaurants, bars, etc. Room was very, very small - think Europe. That said, room was clean and service was attentive and very good. Stayed 2 nights.

Excellent location and very fine staff

The location near many very good restaurants and shopping centers and related facilities is very remarkable. The staff and personnel are particularly kind and helpful. Transportation by taxi in and out is fairly efficient in comparison with other hotels less optimally located.

Decent value for money

The location is excellent, the staff is very attentive although their English capability is not up to the mark for front desk staff, except for one lady who was good. The breakfast had very limited choice but did include custom eggs.
