Very Nice, amazing food at the Restaurant

Pros: room very clean and very well located the hotel
Cons: Employees playing too much with their phones even at the lobby
Location: On of the best location in Bogota for business or pleasure.
Stayed at the Cabrera Imperial for 4 days, the food at the restaurant its amazing, even if the hotel its very well located close to great restaurants, the restaurant of the hotel its very tasty. Only complain is that employees needs less mobile playing, I can understand that sometime they are not too busy, but stand up the lobby watching videos does not look very nice. I go to Bogota at least 2 times a year and this is the first time at he Cabrera Imperial, and tried many hotel in the same area, and for me its going to be on the top list options.

Great facilities, terrible Venezuelan staff

Diego, the Colombian bell boy was awesome as we arrived and the hotel facilities are fancy and very comfortable. Breakfast is okay, but the rest of food at the restaurant is tasteless. The restaurant attendant (Venezuelan lady) could benefit feom some customer service training (she is somehow unattentive and tough), but the worst was the Venezuelan front desk guy that on the day of our departure refused to recognized or 10% discount on dinners (even though I showed to him Expedia's email confirmation of such benefits) and tried to charge us for some bottles of water we did not consume and was very rude requiring me to sign a written acknowlwdgement that I had not consumed the extra water. He treated us like thieves and I recommend this hotel to get ride of that employee. He was totally disrespectful and rude. I believe his name is Alejandro.

great hotel , nicely designed, great location

Pros: staff - design - location
Cons: room 401 - shower hot water could be improved, and its power
Location: nearby shopping and great restaurants
lovely staff, boutique design, and fabulous location. i have stayed there several times - only issue i had with room 401 was hot water to the shower was slow and/or weak

What a nice surprise!!!

This hotel really surprised me. It is a small hotel but that didn't make any difference, I mean, they are small but they think big. Very well located, next to restaurant, shopping malls and other stores. The room has a decent size and an amazing layout, with separated restroom and shower. It has an small kitchen and a big fridge which allow you to put anything you want, not like other hotels where the microbar is limited to their own beverages. Staff is great, extremely polite and efficient. The hotel restaurant is quite good. And the most important: the room itself made me feel like in a real home and not in an hotel room because it is so cozy and comfortable that you almost forget you're in a hotel.

Pros: Location, excellent rooms with great beds and bathrooms. Nice park across the street. But the best of all, their staff
Location: Walking distance of great restaurants and bars and great shopping.
