My husband, our daughter and I went for a vacation to Mexico City and stayed at the hotel for approximately 8 days. We stayed in a suite--2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and small den area. Very nice accommodations. The staff were friendly and very attentive. One of the air conditioning units in our suite began to leak water and the staff attended to it within the same day. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very kind and respectful.
The hotel is located in the Zona Rosa, a very progressive area of Mexico. This area is known for its entertainment businesses and openness, so there are several clubs, shops and very diverse populations. There is a cabaret bar across from the hotel which has music every night. The suites toward the back of the hotel help filter the noise. Generally, if you stay in the Zona Rosa remember that absolute quiet is impossible. Nevertheless, this hotel is excellent in terms of location, general comfort, and the helpful staff. Also, you get a free breakfast every morning--not just a continental breakfast, It is a full breakfast off the menu with fresh juice and fruit. Excellent food! And, excellent internet.

Pleasant and smooth check-in. Hot shower. Nice view from top floor.
Downside: renovation during the day with overwhelming fumes. Only experienced once early evening. Bottle water in room at a price ($3 for a big bottle). I went to a few of the 7-11 and pharma stores for agua.
For less than $20, I got a Uber type of vehicle called by the hotel for my trip to the airport (25 min.) 7:30 am.

The hotel location is really good, room are fair, however the hotel staff is somehow impolite and not very helpful to resolve issues related to the room (not hot water available, bathroom extractor not working, tables availability in restaurants)

This has been the best hotel I've stayed in Mexico City. We stayed 7 nights and don't have a complaint.
It has been updated with all the conveniences, especially quiet air conditioning in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very nice and accommodated to our needs. Bathroom was nice, clean, and shower was spacious.
The hotel is about 3 blocks from El Angel De La Independencia and about 2 blocks from metro stop Insurgentes (lot's of great street food in the morning between hotel and metro on sidewalk).
Lot's of great places to eat. From tacos, tortas, tlayudas, huaraches to Wing Stop, KFC, Wendy's, Burger King, Mc D's, Carl's Jr from Insirgentes metro to El Angel monument.
We walked to Chapultepec and it was awesome.
I definitely recommend this hotel as you won't regret it. Two thumbs up!
